clomid vs. nolva

i will be doing a test c cycle at 12 weeks, 400mg weekly and was wondering about my post cycle therapy (pct)

i have heard bad things about clomid considering mood swings and depression, both which i am prone to.

i was just wondering if nolva will be sufficient enough to restore my hpta without these unwanted side effects

of course clomid is more efficient at restoring hpta but if i used nolva, perhaps for a few weeks longer would it do the trick

I know more ppl with failed PCT's from using nolva only than from failed PCT's using clomid only.

I highly recommend you run both. Both are very useful, but I'd say clomid more so.

Nothing is wrong with using both, I use both.

im familiar with clomid dosages what about nolva though

crazyfmike have you ever used equipoise, ive been thinking about pairing it with test just looking for an expert opinion

I dont know if youre using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) while on cycle, but i typically continue to run my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) with nolva for post cycle therapy (pct).
However, if you have both nolva and clomid, id use both. cant hurt.

If its 1st cycle do test only. Eq is ineffective for less than 12-14 weeks and first cycle is usually 12 weeks.

PCT for 30 days, 15 days after last injection...

clomid - 50mg per day
nolva - 30mg per day

simple and very effective

...I'm not a fan of eq, thickens your blood and can throw some other stuff outta whack... also needs to be run longer than most compounds, 14+ wks to be effective

After one failed pct I won't risk runnin one compound again. I will be running both plus Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) this cycle
