combination of weed and gear

so i know drinking while on cycle is highly ill-advised. but would smoking a few blunts :smokepoke while on cycle be as detrimental as drinking would??
 
I think not so much as to the gear, but to your eating plan, the way you may feel, if you feel lazy and tired when you blaze or things like that, and the obvious :flylickerbad for your cardiovascular system and lungs. But I don't think it has a direct affect to the gear or drug, someone correct me if wrong :/
 
Besides being linked to lowering test levels I don't see it doing much damage on gear. Sometimes the meals are a little rough so what better way to want to eat lol.

It won't affect you negatively with gear...Infact kills a lot of the aggression, which can be a good thing.
 
I'm stoned as I type, I've been smoking cannabis+AAS and it doesn't negatively affect me. There is no way it will.

Unless you like to combat AAS insomnia and sleep well, kick up your appetite instead of GHRP-6, balance out any mood swings or ove-agression from AAS. And that's just how it alleviates AAS side effects.
 
^^^this...although i don't smoke much right now (i go through phases of smoking and taking breaks), i can say that it definitely helped with appetite and leveling me off mentally (especially during pct). it helped with sleep as well. i can definitely see a rise in my aggression levels when i dont smoke, and not in a good way.
 
I smoke, definitely way better work outs, and this is coming from someone who just recently started smoking again after over 5 years of not smoking so, i am not someone who's been smoking all my life or anything...

and the main reasons i actually do smoke all have to do with bodybuilding...

-helps me focus on my workout
- feel the contraction/stretch wayyy better
- surprisingly I DO NOT get the munchies
- however it does increase my appetite.
-I mostly smoke out of glass and don't really smoke any paper and it appears my cardio endurance has increased..
-Muscle soreness and DOMS is definitely decreased
-decreased stress = less catabolic hormones
-natural sleep aid

those are just related to bodybuilding

Ok enough.

I have no problem with people defending marijuana for their own personal use, but to say you do it for bodybuilding is*idiotic.
Marijuana offers zero benefits for bodybuilding, I repeat ZERO.

For fat loss I have experiemented with everything you can imagine & then some, marijuana is a fat loss nightmare due to the appetite effects.
For building muscle it offers nothing physiologically, absolutely nothing & yes I've considered the appetite stuff.

As for the nonsense you've spewed out here we go:
It does NOT increase focus (opposite actually)
It does NOT increase cardio endurance (opposite again)
It promotes sleep for SOME people but it also decreases REM sleep in others (vital for muscle growth & recovery)
As for your less stress = less catabolic hormones bullshit its MUCH more complicated than that so I wont bother going into it but if your referring to cortisol - marijuana causes an acute increase, not decrease.

Again, I have NO issues with people who like to defend marijuana but do NOT act like its good for bodybuilding because it isn't - research it effectively & you'll see the big picture when it comes to this.
This, amazingly, is the THIRD thread in less than a week talking about this so clearly you guys are hardcore defenders of it, which is fine except this this board should be about aas/bodybuilding/sport performance.

Marijuana is not beneficial for bodybuilding based on my experience and studies (yes I will go full geek mode if I have to).
If you want to take it fine, but please dont attempt to say its beneficial for bb on an open board :)

Post this metabolism study before I call bullshit on this statement.

Studies show it decreases fat oxidation & increases carb use for energy - a big negative for recomps & fat loss, so please post this study claiming its good for metabolism.
 
I agree with Chicago. There will never be proof and for most it probably makes it worse but when the weekend hits I smoke before my workout and go to a whole other level at the gym.
 
Gw pharmaceutical is researching this with human trials...
But people have to realize is cannabis can breeder for very different canabanoid ratios...me personally I have to use a very high cod % and low the I don't enjoy the high to much...but just a toke or two or a few drops from a tincture and I sleep like a baby
 
Thats an article not a study.

It also clearly states that these meta - bolic changes were seen in animals, not humans.
Marijuana has also be proven to be estrogenic in animals - hardly any data shown in animals applies to us.

Basically, the meta -bolic benefit stuff you claimed has no proof behind it whatsoever.

It helps regulate are own indocanabanoid system. ...but just like steroids there is a big difference between use and abuse if used for recreational
