Well, its been a great summer of training. My strength is at an all time high, i have acheived all my goals (except for one, which i can not acheive because one of the dumbell busted!). I am now 208, and when i tell ppl that they say i look like im 220. thats wicked!! the diet now is just the way i eat now a days and i have no problem with it at all. I have modified it a bit, but not to dramiticly. Thanks therm for all the help, at first my summer sucked because i was not seeing any results. Now i have acheived most of my goals, and i don't feel slugish at all!!
