considering a prohormone

hey guys/gals im a 23 yr old male, weight about 160lbs 5'5. I am a medic and and body fitness is something that i strive for.

so i have never considered a prohormone before not that i have anything against them just hadn't taken interest in them till i was given one for free by a buddy of mine.

i know that it is lmg max, but honestly i dont know what it means, i read that it is a progestin, which i think it means it doesn't convert to estrogen.also i think it might be a clone of tren. in all honesty i dont understand what im reading, im very confused.

this is my current stack:

noxivol pwo 2 scoops
Yok3d vaso dialator 4 pill
multi vitamin
dymitize protein
kre-alkaline ( havent started taking it yet)
glutamine
gold standard casein

the double dragon mx 75( the prohormone)
bcs formadex pct aromatase inhibitor
havent taken these

so should i stay away from the prohormone and stick with my stack or throw it in with the mix. even if yall tell me to stay away please explain because id really like to learn for future usage maybe. it would also be my first pro hormone so should i be looking to use something different. maybe milder like h-drol. and advice will be awesome and any critics will be taken constucktively so dont be affraid to rip me a new one thanks again.

first prohormone, IMO, should be one of the androseries products. not hard on the body yet you get the feel of how your body feels on them, very solid gains, and you dont need a serm for post cycle therapy (pct). the TRS stack works fine. can also throw in TCF 1 or bulk DAA into TRS for PCT

I agree, the Androseries is'nt just the best Ph line to start with for beginers, but its great for experienced Ph users as well. Less sides and equal or even greater gains can be experienced with them. Also they are designed not to shut you down as hard as some of the other Ph's out there.

We have our buy one get one free sale goin on right now if interested and I can hook you up with a discount on our post cycle therapy stack.

I would stay away for now. At 23 you should still be sitting pretty on T levels short of something being medically wrong.

But its still a personal choice. I started researching for my first cycle over 3 years ago...and still have not used it because I found diet and supplementation enough currently, but do plan to use once I hit the 25-26 mark. But I may jump over the PH and go straight to the good stuff ;)

Balance money for gains, do your research and find out how much the whole bracket will cost since you will usually use a SERM. Some products are very mild, and better suited only to be combined with something bigger.

I say hold off for now, due to the fact you are in such an important field as well. If your having side effects as a medic, it could in turn effect someone else.

Max LMG is a progesterone but that means its side effects are not treated with AI's instead you may need something like Caber to deal with it, because it too can cause some of the same side effects of estrogen.

Not exactly a rough compound if you do want to use it, but I would say do something in the more mainstream line and that is not a novel product.

H-drol or epi used to be the standard starting products for the almost complete lack of of real side effects, save a few who reacted badly. Epistane is still the one I have seen become the workhorse and make people quite happy with the results and not cost them too much to get.

That being said, your goals are still reachable via targeted dieting, alternating routines and learning how to focus on each muscle. Some of us have lagging muscle groups, and we have to learn how to attack em in the gym to get growth.(My Bi's never grew until a combo of zotterman curls and preacher curls came to the rescue).

And dont forget sleep. You repair and grow in your sleep, not when you eat, not when you lift, etc. Sleep is the biggest "supplement" out there. Since in todays world it damn near feels like a prescription of I get any sleep at all lol.

Very good points, I'd take them to heart.

I didn't run my first PH/DS until I was 29, and it was an Epistane pulse. It was very mild but gave tangible results. Max LMG is a bulker, while something like Epi is good for strength and leaning out while adding lean mass. If you are absolutely dead set on doing it, I'd start out with Epi-Strong available at Orbit. It seems like that would be more in line with your goals.

Make sure you re-read Zero-V's post, very good perspective there.

wow, i really appreciate the advice, i think id rather stay away from them for a while, only asked because the stuff was given to me for free. but im feeling comfortable with how im doing right know.

so should i be focusing on working one muscle at a time, i normally workout three muscles. cant seem to find a routine that i like though. anyways im really thankful for the advice on the PH's

ive heard of this product called e-bol seems to have good reviews and from what i understand its not a PH, have yall heard anything about it and what do yall think.

If you are having training issues go read the stickies in the training forum. There are some programs laid out in there that may help you out. I like the fact that you are actually open to listening to the advice given to you, alot on here don't.

The fact of the matter is, that while we all want people to buy our products we don't ever want to see someone hurt themselves. I believe that part of the job is to help educate people when we can about the products and help to guide them on their journey.
Thanks for the kind words.

A very wise choice.

Depending on your goals you could look into 5/3/1 training or Dogg Crapp, both are very good programs that help put on size and strength. They're also pretty easy to follow with their layout, and only require 3 days a week.

I personally wouldn't waste money on E-Bol. First get the diet and training down right, that's 90% of the equation. The supplements can come a bit later once you're set on the "basics". Stuff like protein, multi-vitamin, fishoil, pre-workout, and creatine are all good basics to start with and then you can get more exotic when you plateau.

thanks a lot guys ill just stick with what i'm doing and ill definitely take a look those stickys. thanks for all the help. ill keep my progress posted

so i went on to look at the stickies on the training page of the forum, i like the 5x5 routine, but im not so sure im getting it correctly. so if imdoing the 5x5 i would do 5 sets and 5 reps on each set, and if i'am correct is there a certain muscle group that i should do, or should i follow this routine for all of my muscles(that meaning chest,bi's and tri's,and legs) im sorry for the sutpid questions but ive always workout alone and at home, im just know taking the time to learn the language, and proper workouts. once again thanks for any help
