cops waiting at the mailbox

Just wondering if anyone here has ever been nabbed right at their mail box or PO box. I am always nervous the day I know something has arrived. I doubt they would be interested in waiting in an unmarked car for 4 hours to nab me with my 3000 mg of stuff, but I thought Why not ask here?

I have heard of people getting letters and stuff being held... just wondering if they ever let it come right to the mail box and get you there.

(No customs in this case - all domestic.)

I see people getting flamed for asking the wrong questions. I don't think what I've posted here goes against the rules. I searched for an answer before posting, and I'm sure this must have been discussed before but I can't find it.
 
They cant open your mail without a specific type of warrant. I had cops search my place once and had many things in sealed envelopes and they couldnt do anything with them.

I picked up stuff several times from PO Box, I was never worried. I just figured cops have better shit to do. Plus you can always say its not yours.

Deny Deny Deny and make counter accusations.

This kind of does with what I have understood.

Dont know if it has to be stamped or not for them to open it, but I always understand say a Flat rate box, with priority stickers over all ends was off bounds to them.....

But I would think for the most part if they know what they are coming for, they will have exactly what they need.
 
I order shit off ebay all the time from various companies, does that raise suspicion? So unless your package has gear written all over it, i dont see why there would be any problem in the first place. A package is a package plain and simple even if you get them every week.

Lets say it takes you 2 weeks before you go bye your po box?Its just no logical for small stuff.
 
The scenario I was thinking of is if my source gets busted some day and is suddenly working for the cops in order to work a plea.

In that case the local cops could be informed that something is coming to this certain address.

I do tend to over-worry things though. I also stored up lots of water and canned goods for Y2K.

You're right though - doesn't make sense. I will probably still keep picking up my mail at 2:00 AM though. Old habits... >:-)

dont be paranoid ,they wont come after u unless u r a big fish, but for something small,like drew said think of it, they r not going to waist tax payers money lol,'' okay guys hes going to the mail now 10-4 hes opnening the mail box 10-4 oh snap we cought him on one 10 cc enan'' does that sound good to u,lol..
 
I had a kid steal my cridit card and order one of those "Flesh lights" its a pocket pussy....

Anyway the cop called the distrubuter of the Flesh light and got the kids PO box shipping info.

Cop went to the post office and asked them to call the owner of the post box and tell em a package arrived for them and to come and pick it up.

Post office called em and kid came by about 1hr later and the cop picked his ass up...
 
Ok then there is a unique situation.
The po box calls you to come down?I dont know I had a po box in the past and I never got a curtsy call to come pick up my potentially illegal mail and if I did I prolly wouldnt be right down.

YTHRASHIN still got the flesh light...?
