Cravings

Exotic is Erotic...
There are times I find it very hard to control cravings.

My weakness is a spoonful of Nutella and peanut butter. To me it's like a Reese's peanut butter cup, one of my all time favorites ever since I was a little girl.

Does any one else have something that they crave periodically and indulge in?

I get craving for the same type of shit. Chocolate, sweets, ice cream. I usually get them toward the end of the week and I occasionally give in with something small. I think if you feel like you crave something, its ok to indulge once a week, itll keep you sane.
 
Chocolate is my thing, hot chocolate for me is near enough just liquid chocolate!

But if I'm honest I don't crave so much when my diet is balanced and I'm eating a huge array of fruit, veg and proteins. That ensures vitamins and minerals aplenty. When dieting, especially that horrid hardcore contest dieting alongside the workouts, I crave so much because my body is missing those macro/micronutrients. I see it like this, if your body is getting all it needs, you won't be craving anything because you're good, you know what I mean?!

But errrr, gimme chocolate, and the good stuff not a snickers - we're talking 70% cocoa solids and yeah :) Oh and a goooood burger. Juicy, succulent medium rare with nice fresh tomatoes, avocados, a sweet relish (and a few cheeky fries - ssshhh! no one saw that one!)
 
I'm pretty good with cravings, I can eat the same thing pretty much everyday & be ok with it. My diet is pretty much things I love to eat anyways, so it's not so bad.

Sometimes when I watch the food network at night I do have evil thoughts about pretty much anything that is 80 % flour..
bread, pasta, etc ...

I don't ever get cravings. I guess I eat so much I never get hungry. I guess it's different when you're trying to maintain or lose...then you don't ever fill completely stuffed 24/7.
