Cross-Bow by Weider

I am thinking about getting a Cross-Bow. Its only $599. Does anyonw have one of these? If so do you like it? It looks like you can do alot with it and for $600 i am thinking about getting one. I think the bowflex is better but the bowflex i want is $1,999. Let me know what you think.

saw one yesterday at the sporting good store, looked alright, my friend has opne and says it is good. it depends on what your goals are. for the same price you can buy a decent cage at gallayns sporting goods with low row, lat pulldown leg curls extensions bench etc and some free weights. you could add a bar to the lat pull down for tris but then again the cross bow is smaller and you can probably do more exercises. up to you

Try the training forum under GENERAL DISCUSSION. IMO, many machines suck, for a full body workout - suckage. I use machines for a few select things only.
