Cutting Cycle

i wanted to start my cutting cyle soon i was thinking winstrol stacked with anavar but i dont know the length or the doasage i should be doing nor the proper P.C.T.

My stats are 210lbs 5'10" 17.0 precent body
maybe i got the wrong anabolics in mind i dont know... please help...i want to come down too 185 or 190 lbs

mr. mehoff is right, if you want to lose weight, even though the drug profiles may lead you to believe those particular drugs will help you cut, they wont be of any help. if you want to lose weight you need to focus on diet and cardio.
 
There is NO cutting steroids on the market the last time I looked :dunno:
I'm so tired of reading about "cutting cycles" when they don't exist without tweeking diet and cardio along with a different training program. I'm not flaming you at all bro....I just think gear has nothing to do with cutting. I can make a test/deca cycle a cutting cycle.
We should start calling them "anti water" cycles.....lol , because that is really what we are trying to cut out. But I like the water in my body.
 
my died is ok and i do cardio 4 days a week 15 mins a day except my 10 mile bike ride i do twice..i guess im basically lookin for a moderately priced begginner cycle im finishing up my sole cyle of tbols staying off for about 8 weeks then gonna do winnie but i dont know how much and how long and also want to stack that with something i heard anavar is good it is very exspensive thou ... so my question too all is what the proper dosage and cycle lenght for winniie and what can i stack that with that would be good for summer and what is the proper cycle lenght for that along with the proper pct and dosage and length for that ....sorry about all the questons i want to do it correctly and really dont have alot of money to spare so i want to keep this fairly cheap winnie i want to take in tab form but the other anabolic i willing to inject if thats what is recomended thank you so much
 
first, learn how to use punctuation. second, 15 mins of cardio 4 days a week is crap. if you are trying to lose weight, your diet should be spot on and you should be doing an hour of intense cardio 5 days a week, either am or pwo. i get the vibe you are trying to take the easy way out and are looking to spend little money...thats a double wammy. in a very nice way, you dont know much about steroids and need to read more, and more than just the steroid profiles (which answer most of what you have asked). steroids are not a short cut, they are a way for the advanced to continue advancing. with respect, stay away from steroids and start reading in the diet forum. good luck.
 
I would try some Cytomel (T3) with an other steroid ( too keep the muscles)
But first of all you need a good diet plan and do cardio!!!
Again it's just an oppinion.

What dosage did the run the tbol at and how long? What were the gains like? Also what dose are you planning on running anavar and winstrol at and also how long? Would really advise this. Stick to the others advice, go fro t3, clen and winstrol. I think this would be a good cutter, I have many friends who use this, if your diet and cardio is good you will burn fat. You may be able to do the winstrol and anavar depending on what dosage you are planning on running? Also to my knowledge steroids dont burn fat, I think tren is the exception so look into that also
 
all cardio did for me was get soft muscles and loss strenghth I lift heavy and my heartvrate is high thru workout for over hour so no u don't always need cardio

I lift heavy and do high intensity cardio. And Cardio keeps me lean and my muscles harder than ever. You saying cardio makes your muscles soft it just doesnt make sense.

Honestly, I don't believe in that one hour of intense cardio crap. One hour? Seriously? If you do "intense" cardio for one hour you are burning more than just fat. Right after I am done with my heavy lifting, I go do 20 minutes of intense cardio on the elliptical, switching between resistances every 3 minutes to keep my body guessing. Anything over 20 minutes of intense cardio is just overkill and is burning muscle. I burn a shit-ton of fat doing this.


Not sure about losing weight but when I did a cycle of Sust 250 I lost a tone of body fat.


I am on my second cycle of Sust 250 and EQ, and regardless of what I hear, I think this combination does help to burn some fat.

That's what i have been taught! anything over 30min is going to burn muscle. your glu levels burn 1st and after 30min you body starts to cannibalize muscle. If you look at long distance runners and sprinters who looks healthier? I'm going to go with the sprinter seems to me that long distance runners almost look sick. IMO

When i ran Sust i gained about 10lbs but i lost at least 10lb of fat. not super lean but alot leaner than I was.
