Cycle advice

Hi all,

Im looking to run a cycle of:

D-Bol (oral) 30mg ED for 8 weeks

followed immediatly with

Winstrol (oral) 30mg ED for 8 weeks

I am looking to make lasting gains and then cut as I am currently 12 stone and want to bulk up.

Should I have an off cycle in between?
Are the dosages OK?
Is the length of cycle ok?

This whole cycle sucks.
Do some research on this site then you might come up with a decent cycle.

1) welcome in steroidology.
2) with 150 lbs you're nowhere to cycle AAS...
3) you certainly do not imagine what a good advice on your diet could be usefull.

4) unless you reach at least 190 lbs with 15% body fat and aged at least at 21, you are not ready for steroids.
 
What are you gonna do about your testosterone when the Dbol makes it tank? No test in yur body is a bad thing. Running an oral only cycle is not a good thing let alone running 2 with each other. What are you doing to protect your liver? What about coming off cycle, PCT? I don't think you know what your getn yourself into.
 
Agreed with all of the above, running D-bol, then running Winstrol (winny)? no my friend you should read more and try not to rush the prosses.

Already do that. Have been training for 4 years now.
 
If you plan on running any oral always use test as a base for that. That will keep the test flowing and you'll have good gains with it assuming everything else is good. Please dont run 2 orals at once tho, you'll kill your liver and and won't be happy with your gains at the end.

I was planning on running a dbol cycle THEN a Winstrol (winny) cycle, not at the same time. Would that be ok?

No. That's probably worse. You want to drag your liver through that abuse for an extended period of time?

You need to do YOURSELF a favor and read a whole lot more about this stuff.

Also, Kane is right. Dude you weight 144lbs. You have no business going anywhere near steroids. They're not a wonder drug. Popping pills isn't going to make you blow up when your diet and weight training are obviously lacking.
 
ditch the winni tabs, get some test stuck with that, or at least add it, buy injectable winni inject the winni and test, run dbol for 4-6 weeks 30mg - 40mg


these guys have a point you shouldnt "look for the easy way out" cuz it really isnt they train hard regardless of what they are taking.

just start eating like pig, try to eat every three to four hours
 
Bro you really need to listen to what these guyz are tellin you.
At your size you are not ready for chemicals.
You need to learn how to manipulate your diet.
You need to optimize your workout.
You need to research and learn all there is on here about DIET, WORKOUTS, HOW TO DESIGN A CYCLE AND PCT.

Eat, Lift and grow first.
Do it right, live long and enjoy!
