Depends on your tolerance. The nausea comes on quick though. So hit .125 and wait an hour. If you feel okay then maybe try another.125 Warning though if you do get nausea then your going to be sick for about 4-6 hours and puking does not help. I would say slow and steady with prami. Also you want to be AT .25 for 14 days before you hit the tren. Otherwise your blood levels of prami will be inconsistent and hello prog. gyno. You will know when your body has resevoired the prami. Cause you will be popping bones all day.
I dunno I always try to play things safe. You could just take the prami twice once in morning and once at night then hop on the tren. Or you could do the prami at night and 600 mg of B6 in the morning. The prami makes you seriously drowsy. Falling a sleep at the wheel is a real possibility. As for the B6 I ave no idea if it works or not. Just heard stuff anecdotally. I am gonna use it just to be safe. What is your BP like btw. Prami can drop your BP which is great while on tren but if you take too much too quickly without aggravated BP...
I am new to posting at this forum but i think what I am going to say is okay. Just go to a drug store and ask them for a oral syringe. When they ask what size say 1ml. If they ask what for just say your wife had a baby and you need to measure liquid vitamins. Personally I like target they don't charge you and the syringe is pretty quality.
Without prami my BP was like 150/87 on prami my BP is 97/52. That is a 1mg dose but still that is pretty dramatic.
