Yep, wife says i acted like i was on PMS the entire time and she doesnt ever want to hear another word about her, lol.
 
Intensity after cycle.

Oh and whille I am at it, someone wanna refresh my memory on training intensity right after cycle completion. I forget, is it better to still push as heavy as possible or is it better to back off some while off. I know strength loss is expected but that still doesnt affect how hard you push. I thought I read that after a cycle, pushing too hard will harm your natural test recovery. Do tell please
