d bol first time

i have 100 10mg d bols it is my first cycle and i was told to take 20 mgs a day for 7 weeks i also have pct and milk thistle for my liver i was told if i use dandeline root tablets it will lower the water retention is this true? how many calories a day should i eat??

you need to calm down brother. the guys here are just trying to tell you that food is an important aspect to any cycle. if your diet isn't 100%, you won't keep your gains, or won't gain as much in general. You say you've been training for 8 months. That's good man, lots of people start, but never continue to train. However, 8 months is going to get you nowhere near your genetic potential. I can tell that simply by your weight. I'm not trying to bust your balls, just trying to help you out. If you read through these forums, you'll find that many people's greatest regrets about steroid use stem from starting to cycle before they were ready.

Phat is right about oral only cycles though. Where's your Test base? The guys here have decades worth of experience, so listen to them.

The best piece of advice anyone gave me was simply to research for at least a year before committing to a cycle.

Bottom line? Eat more food. What's your current diet look like?

To the OP, listen to PhatB and read those stickies, lots of great info in there that should answer all your questions. If you have more after that, feel free to post. These guys won't let you go astray if you listen to them.
 
ur 6', 160lbs and u come here blastin your skinny-ass pie hole about breaking somebody's jaw... no room for punkass's like u here, or anywhere for that matter... and what's with the "semi-professional" BS? does that just mean u wanna be a pro, but aren't yet good enough?

as for the gear... dbol only cycle is not the path to be going down bro... listen to the experience on here, u will learn something and won't be 160lbs for very long ;)
