keep in mind that he's black...they can look at weights and get ripped!african-americans & greeks simply have freaky ginetics.SkedMedz said:He is definitely on Steroids. You can't get that big without them(and I know I'll have at least one guy chime in saying that you can). I used to talk to Steve Courson who played for Pittsburgh in the '70's. He said that the official policy in the NFL on Steroids, is that as long as you don't talk about it, you won't get caught. If you mention the term even once in passing, that is when you tend to wind up positive on a piss test. It's probably the same in the WWE. DENY DENY DENY. In the NFL---DON'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE! He also said that there is no way that you could play the postitons that have signifigant contact without being on steroids. Naturally, your body could never recover in time for next weeks game.

I see it everyday at the gym. There is a group of guys there that compete in natural bb competitions. They won't take steroids on religious grounds so they decided to go that route. It's not easy to do, but it is possible.

After the start of his new program, David weighed 209 pounds, with 10 percent body fat. By the end, David had increased his bodyweight to 242 pounds and reduced his body fat to six percent, a net gain of 39 pounds of lean muscle. In the process David also hoisted some heavy weights, including a 315 power clean, a 475 squat and a 425 bench press.
"Gaining 39 pounds of muscle mass in the off-season without the use of steroids may seem impossible", says Poliquin. "You must consider that David never seriously trained the large muscle groups such as the glutes and hamstrings, and that his diet was high in refined sugars and consisted of a lot of fast foods. I would never recommend steroids to any athlete - to do so would be professional suicide. Further, the NFL does a great job of screening for banned substances."
To lose that much BF%, while at the same time GAINING 40 pounds bro???? He would have to be more than a genetic freak. He'd have to be a cyborg. Plus, the reason Polquin gives for the gain is ludicrous..."hamstring & glute weight"? Come on. Again, he is the man either way. I'm just stating point of view is all.

YOU'RE SO SURE ABOUT HUH?DocJ said:NFL lineman take a minumim of 1g test/week just to maintain their bodyweight during the seaon. The NFL's testing program is a joke.
LOL! I don't post statements like this unless I have FIRST HAND knowledge. Believe what you want...bleachcola said:The classic: "A friend of mine's little brother knows a guy that works out with ___________ and he says that the guy told him that he uses __g/wk along with everyone else in his sport."
