Dbol for first cycle

Right now I'm 5'8, 160 (cause I'm staying that way on purpose, til I start AA's, I know Ive said it a gazillion times, but just in case.) 12% bodyfat.
 
Ok I'm gonna tell you everything I ate yesterday, if I can remember it all.

Straight out of bed at 10am:

A small protein shake with milk and some bread. (Im not hungry in the morning) - not being hungry in the morning is an excuse and no matter how much juice you do, you will not gain LBM if you don't eat. But if you do, you need REAL FOOD, not shakes. Like eggs and Oats

around 1pm: Chicken breast with potatoes and a green salad. and waterWater doesn't count as calories. you should be drinking it all day. What kind of potatoes and how much?

around 4pm: Brown rice with onion and peppers with grilled shrimp and a veggi juice.this meal sucks anus. Drop the shrimp. Add a lean protein like turkey breast, chix, fish, or lean red meat

around 7-8pm Tuna on crackers with a small sandwich with turkey and cheese. and water.your gayest meal of the day. tuna and crackers is for people stranded on desert islands, not guys who wanna gain LBM. Drop all of this and add a lean protein and complex carb

Then I worked out

10pm: Post workout big protein shake.WTF does this mean? Whats in it?

around midnight: A big bowl of cereal with some tuna and crackers and some nuts.Again, sucks buttholes. milk and nuts at night is ghey. Hell, I'd even suggest a Casein shake here. But really a lean red meat and some good fats before bed.


Thats what I can remember, probably one or 2 small healthy snacks in between those. THAT IS MY DIET TO MAINTAIN MY WEIGHT. im not trying to gain weight right now.

Now, you said this is just to maintain weight, which is working cuz you're only 160lbs. But you just said all you would do if you wanted to gain weight is add another meal like this... WRONG. Your food choices suck for anything you are trying to do, except stay small.

Dario, everyone is trying to help you and you continue to say you don't need help with diet... which you obviously do. Like i have said, and this is my last post in this thread, you are looking to AAS for a miracle... and it ain't gonna happen. The drugs don't make the physique... DIET, REST, and TRAINING do.

BMR (men and women) = 370 + (21.6 X lean mass in kg)

370+(21.6x[64kg])=1752cal

im not going to explain this # to you because you are a personal trainer blah blah but it is important

so to find out your TDEE we need your activity level,which you have NEVER posted but since your a "trainer" im gonna say ou work out approx 4 times a week?

TDEE=BMRx1.55=2716 cals to maintain your current weight. now this is assuming a few things but by changing some variables,the cals will only go up or down a bit.

so with your diet that RJ critiqued, i dont think your even taking in close to that intake.

so your a hardcore ectomorph and need the same macronutrient breakdown as i do,
and for you i would say 250g protien a day(1000cals)+250g carbohydrates(1000cals) and the rest of the calories in fat(80g of fat)

this is still to maintain weight. to gain LBM you need to go into a calorie surplus of approx 500 cals per day. that will add 1 lb of mass per week theoretically. so to "bulk" or "grow" you should really be eating 300/300/90. this is not set in stone and ANYONE can correct me here as i am just learning this shit myself but its a start.

if your food choices are right(oats,chicken,turkey breast....you know,your the trainer) you will grow and not gain any bodyfat or little to none anyways because you are using what you are taking in and your body has n o need to store the energy. IF for some reason you started to add a bit of fat, you could do some low intensity cardio to burn off a few calories and not buscle. i personally dont do any cardio while bulking because like you i have a fairly high metabolism and i want gains so i try not to hinder them at all. can always cut later.

Im a gym trainer and studied in nutrition and kinesiology, my diet could not be any better, I know exactly how to gain and lose weight the best way possible. I just have a SUPER fast metabolism and I want no fat gains when I do my next bulking cycle and thats why im going to use steroids.

When I say I'm not hungry in the morning, it is not a joke, if I eat more than that I throw up. And I dont care since I can make up for it in my other meals when Im on a bulking diet. The only reason I take a shake in the morning it's because its calorie dense.

waterWater doesn't count as calories. you should be drinking it all day. What kind of potatoes and how much?

I know water contains no calories lol who said it did?? sometimes sweet potatoes and sometimes regular and how much, it depends, maybe 200-300 g.

Once again, I'm sorry you dont know that but crackers is complex carbs and tuna is lean protein. You will hardly find anything more pure in protein than tuna. Once again the only reason you dont like this meal is because you think it sounds gay but the macronutriments are perfect.

It contains what every post workout protein shake should contain, and that's simple carbs and protein basically. and water.

What is important is the macronutriments, not if a bodybuilder thinks its gay or not, and BTW nuts is good fat.

Just keep it simple bro and start killing bags of chicken breasts and brown rice. Once your eating enough to were you hate life and eating sucks, than maybe you can start taking some juice, but I guarantee you will put on some lean weight eating that shit. And make sure your not over training!

Well I know at least what you know and more since you didnt bring me any new infos on diet lol. Neither did the other dude, except that he thinks shrimp and tuna is gay which is complete BS. And that's why I have zero interest in learning what anyone thinks about dieting here. A good bulking diet is what I posted with more volume and maybe another meal. protein is protein, it doesnt need to be freakin' steak all the time and you need to learn that.

I'm not here to listen to diet advice. I already know when you bulk, 50% carbs 30% protein, 20% good fats, no simple carbs with fat, lots of water, food every 2-3 hours to avoid cortisol, blah blah etc.

And if youve read my diet it is exactly that and if I wanted to bulk, I would just add another meal like that. I was just here to learn about steroids cause that I dont know about, but its ok I guess I'll just ask my friends who used them and have been successful.
