As far as juicing is concerned, I'm bigger natty than many guys I know who are on the juice. No disrespect to those that do take roids, but I'm in no rush.
i think you will find that powerlifters as a whole are some of the most helpfull and generous guys to compete against for any sport . ive seen guys loan a shirt to somebody when their shirt tore and the guy loaning the shirt pretty much knew that he would get beat by the guy useing his shirt . its man against steel for most of us not man against man and we dont want the steel to beat any of uspullinbig said:no one laughs at the new guys. we all started somewhere. in fact the new guys get the most attention generally at local meets by the expereinced lifters. do a meet. you will never regret it. nothing kicks up the training better than training for a meet.

The gut is definitely exacerbated via heavy squatting and deadlifts. There ARE many though whose shape and symmetry are enhanced since squatting/DLs are beneficial in more ways than they are detrimental to the gut. Case in point is Needsize: check out his midsection.
Can you decipher that or should I write it in simpler language bro ?

i know that i am just a mear grain of sand on the beach compared with your vast knowledge of all things. but i do what i can and try to be helpful. its tough at times with guys like you though. you got all the answers with very little experience. fire away cause i have responded for the last time to your posts. if we ever talk again it'll be face to face.
