Deciding to start taking steroids for strength gains

Hi guys,

I'm 19, 6ft 4, 260lbs and can bench 260lbs, squat 400lbs and deadlift 500lbs.
I dont put these stats up to show off im simply explaining that I'm not a novice to lifting but have decided on coming for advice because I'm not educated on beginner steroid use.

I play rugby at university and am looking for strength gains not necessarily size gains.
Ideally I would prefer an oral steroid such as Dianabol but I could be swayed as Ive heard others are safer

Please could I have some advice on the best cycle for me as it would be much appreciated?

If those numbers are real they're very impressive considering your age and size. Congrats on breaking a 1000lb total. Unfortunately I believe age is plays a huge factor in recommendig AAS usage and at 19yo I truly believe the risks are not worth the rewards. There are some very serious potential side effects, some that could follow you around the rest of your life, and by your own admittance, you have not done much if any research regarding these side effects or beginner level usage. My recommendation for you would be to keep training hard, research ferociously, and reconsider using in a few years. Whatever you decide to do, best of luck and STAY SAFE.
 
At age 19 I would stay natural.I suggest you go read the stickies first also look up testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) cause this is we're u headed u are to young period come back and talk in 6 years

Agreed. Dbol and tren only?? For a 19 year old? Id say wait a few years bud, not what you want to hear i know but you would be way better off waiting.

If your stubborn and going to do it anyway id run 10-12 weeks of Test E at 400-500mg/week with either dbol at the beggining for first 4-6 weeks at 50mg/day or Anavar at the end at 50 mg/day with proper PCT,diet, liver supps etc.
 
Bro, if I were you, I would get your natural testosterone levels checked. They may already be higher than normal range. If that is the case, there would not be any point what so ever in getting on a cycle. Also, you say you are a begginer, most people dont get on a cycle for years after they have been working out consistanly for a long time. id see what you can get out of it naturally since you are that strong with only just starting out.
 
Before you do anything I would recommend starting by reading about all the various steroids in general, including their positive and negative effects. This will give you a better idea of what to expect and what might be best for you. It is obvious you have not yet done any research...and going on a board and asking what you should use probably isn't the best way to begin, as you will be exposed as much to personal opinion as you will to factual information.

I would start by reading profiles on the various steroids, as this will supply you with basic information on the different drugs. Dianabol is not the drug for you, as it far from a pure strength drug. In fact, it is one of the worst pure strength drgs, as it normally provides a disproportionate amount of size gains relative to strength gains. Do a google search for "steroid profiles"...there may actually be a profile section here....and read through the profiles. I would advise reading profiles from multiple sites. This is not something you can do in an hour. It will take you a few weeks of research to get a handle on this subject. This is a good start.
 
Dbol was your go to for strength without size? Youll get atleast 10 lbs of straight water. You are still a novice to lifting in any strength sports and too young unless you are getting paid or are making a career off of your body.

Like others have said, check out all of the stickys. I started around your age and im on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for life. I speak from experience.
 
Btw..6'4 260lbs with only a 260lbs bench. Somethngs weird here. You meen 360?

No way man, that's why he needs a dbol only cycle - so he can break his genetic plateau and bench more than his bodyweight!

OP: You want safe and EXTREMELY anabolic?

BAM! You can safely take up to at least 100mg ED combined with some steakabol and even tunabol. Careful with the steakabol though, as too much without some fiberdrol can make your poopies the size of mini-titanics. ;)
