What would you suggest to add 7-10lbs of muscle?
I've never done any anabolic cycle and right now I'm 5'10" 190lbs lean. What I'm trying to get is an additional 10lbs+ to fill out a few of my weaker areas like calves, traps and maybe look a little fuller.
And what post cycle therapy (pct) would I use if I decided to take either?
