Did Yas Lose Everything After Coming Off?

i was wondering if folks lost most of their gains after coming off? Its been like 4 week snow since my last injection of sust. and I have lost all of my gains and have gotten a bit chubby (12% BF) for my frame anyways. My strength are losing also, but not as fast as weight loss. Is this how it always happens? Just wondering from vets since that was my first cycle.
 
no 2 weeks from a friend suggestions since he is vet anyways. he tells me the same thing he loses lots of strength himself. He is 5'10" 175lbs himself. dont know why, but he loses a lot of strenght benches only 205lbs off a cycle from last injection (4 months) and when he jumps back on his cycle he can do 395lbs easy. Just wondering if most folks lose a lot also.

no wher near that much :eek: that is a hell of a drop off , hes definately doing something wrong , for eq , deca and sus250/omnas wait 3 weeks to begin clomid , keep your protein intake up , maintain your training intensity but i usually drop a few reps until i recover , immediately following the end of your cycle is the most critical time for training diet and sleep , it s not time to start partying
 
shoot then next cycle wait 3 weeks he is slacker off his cycle he does nothing really maybe lift here and there. I did the same thing off my cycle slack off and just thought about my strength gains and rested on my laurels (right word?). He only trains intensely on his cycle one time I seen that sucker struggle pushing (with good form) doing 205lbs (bench), but 3 weeks later on his cycle he is doing 315lbs for 6 told me he was only doing sust. twice a week somtimes 3 injections a week. thx for the tips.
 
Well , I think 3 wks into his cycle and he is back benching that much from 205 is bullshit.....most gear takes 3-5 wks to kick in !!
 
Well, he has been training for awhile and been doing AS for awhile my guess is 3 years (never asked how long) so he just regained his strength back on the cycle not new strength.
 
I think your main problem is that you ran the cycle for only 6 weeks. That's too short to get any permanent results especially if you don't eat well and your "gains" are only water.
 
I find my strength goes down..but not tremedously.. I can still crank out 300 10 times benching....but after the first month 275 for 8 was a little hard... then the strength started coming back...as far as him struggling with 205 then 3 weeks later doing 315 for six... I gotta call bullshit on that..
 
hey, thats what he told me so I have to believe him right? He is just a bencher everytime he comes into the weight room does not train legs at all thats why his calves are a measly 11inches and thighs my best guess is 18inches look like tooth picks a real chicken if you know what I mean, but a good bencher form wise from what I seen.
 
I've lost gains bigtime post cycle. In a 2 month period I went from 96kg to 83 kg.

Why? Used clomid too soon, wait 3 weeks after your last injection, 2 weeks if you have lots on hand.
USE HCG if you can.
Eat.
Anyhow- now you know why people stay on year round, it's the only way to keep size and gains.

I just went through the same thing of losing everything and the problem is you are lazy after you come off. I learned in the past five months you have to keep in the gym and your diet in check. The clomid too early can cause the losses but you weren't that early. Everything has to be in check at all times for the physique to stay.
 
The only time I crashed and lost alot of my gains is when I ran deca. Seems like nothing would do the trick, couldn't recover for ages.
