DNP & Yohimbine or Dicana

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if anyone has stacked their DNP with Yohimbine HCL or Dicana?

Is there any competition for receptors? Reactions? etc.

I am taking the standard supps, T3, EC
 
there is no need to stack it with any of that stuff, it helps to throw in ECA for energy, but if you cant lose weight on t3 without stacking it, then you need to rethink a lot of things...really, I have used it, and find it easier to get into contest shape without it

ALBANY, NY, August 10, 2001-- State Health Commissioner Antonia C. Novello today warned against the use of products containing Dinitrophenols or DNP as a supplement for weight loss. The warning results from a report to the Department's Pesticide Poisoning Registry on the recent death of a Long Island resident who had reportedly used DNP for four days.

The young man's death was reported to the State Health Department by the Long Island Poison Control Center, which indicated that the individual apparently ingested 600 milligrams of DNP a day for four days.

DNP is an agricultural pesticide (a herbicide) but is not registered for use in New York State. According to the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry, it was sold in the 1930's in diet pills but was banned in 1938 because of severe health effects. Dinitrophenols are toxic to the liver, kidney and nervous system. The chemical causes hyperthermia (increased body temperature), dehydration, tachycardia (rapid heartbeat), restlessness and manic behavior and convulsions which typically signify an immediate lift-threatening intoxication. There are anecdotal reports of other deaths from DNP as a weight loss supplement.

Although DNP use in diet pills was banned in 1938, it is currently being marketed and used by body builders, and is also advertised and marketed on the Internet. The extent of its use is unknown at this time.

The State Health Department has contacted the federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to explore ways to warn consumers about the dangers of DNP, to identify product names under which it is being sold and to dissuade its further use. The warning also will be sent to DNP web sites identified by the Department, body builder web sites and body builder magazines.


What i can't figure out is why people even bother with such a drug. Is dieting and exercise that bad? I've seen guys have amazing results without using a thermogenic let alone DNP.

I wasnt going to bother with the lecture as if someone is going to do the stuff, it wont help....I have done the stuff, and it does work, but I have also gotten down to contest shape several times without it, so I generally dont see the point of using it, especially the misery it brings along with it...you feel like a bag of shit

I think every post i've read contains the same reactioin as you from people who tried it, The It works but i wont do it again. I just dont understand why if so many people have said the same thing over and over, why do people continue to do it?

I never feel anything but hot on DNP. IE I think its worth it, but I know what you guys mean...
 
The solution here is to stick to low dose cycles of it, i.e. 200-300mg/day.
ECA, Clen, Albuterol, all help mobilize the fat that DNP is burning, they will make the cycle much more productive (obviously you only need to use one of those). Everyone I know who refuses to take it again has always done a cycle of 400mg/day or more. I'd bet a vast majority of them would use DNP again if they knew how much less the sides are on low doses. For me on 200mg/day, the sides were about 1/5!! of what they were on 400mg/day.

Agreed DocJ I actually used to run 10 day cycles of DNP up to 600mg and man it sucked I live in the desert and the 100deg heat dont help at all, its just uncomfortable when your legs are sweating in your pants and your arms and shoulders are sweating just sitting there. Yeah I lose 10+ lbs but its a pain the ass along the way. I recently did a 28 day 200mg ED DNP run and dropped from 220 to 204 and the sides were completely tolerable yeah I was hot at times and yeah it was still hot at night but definatley nothing like 400-600mg ED I was still able to go out and hang with friends and as usual and enjoy social outings where at 400-600 mg I would completely avoid those type of things just because it was sooo uncomfortable.
 
i have run everything from 200mg to 600mg, 600mg was unbearable, 200mg was just uncomfortable, I just dont like being uncomfortable all day long like that. I just dieting down a few weeks ago, went from a pretty lean 227lbs, to 209lbs in 3 weeks, using only clen

BITCH I hate you how the hell do you do it on clen I run clen 120mcg ED do 45min cardio 5-6 days EW and train 3 Days EW and eat a calorie reduced diet and I barely drop shit.

it was lauras routine and diet that did it this time, just jumped on the contest stuff

I feel the same way. the only way I can drop weight at a decent rate is to go on a cyclic ketogenic diet while taking clen/T3. the fat just sheds off of me on that diet no matter how much I eat. A low fat diet just makes me feel lethargic and ready to keel over while burning muscle and retaining all my fat.
 
you guys scared the hell out of me before my DNP cycle. I sat there and waited and waited for the sides all day long but got nothing even at 600mg/day ( i wont go higher regardless of how I feel) i did feel a little warm and ( insert word that refers to the feeling you get when its hot and humid outside) throughout the day but it wasnt bad just a little uncomfortorable. I could just be lucky, but maybe it could also mean that its not as potent of a fat burner for me.

I appreciate the concern and the information you present. I do understand the effects that are possible while taking DNP.

I have been quite safe while taking DNP. I am on Day 10, just 2 more days left to go. It has actually been quite a different experience from the first time I did it several years ago. Different supplier, better grade.

250mg first 4 days
500mg last 8 days

My Supps

Vitamin C (2500mg)
Fish Oil (2000mg)
r-ALA (500mg)
Milk Thistle (300mg)
ZMA (2 caps at night)
Ephidrine HCL (2 - 4 tabs @ 8mgs/cap)
Caffeine (2 pills, 200mg each)
T3 (cytomel) - (12.5mcg until day 5)(25mcg/day 6 on)
Scivation Sesamin (2 pills/day)
Inositol (2g/day)
Vitamin E (4 x 400iu softgels)

Plenty of water intake.

Still obviously it is not the most safe stuff, but anyone who does take it.. you need to do your research..and you need to be patient. I was mainly curious to see what people have stacked with their DNP.

For instance, I know you shouldnt take SwoleN, cause you will burn up like hell.
 
as long as you do some research first dnp isnt that dangerous....generally, but the level of comfort does seem individual, for me, I feel miserable all the time on the stuff
 
I hear yah.. I think it all depends on who makes the caps. First time.. it was hell.

This time, it is a breeze.. sweating here and there is the only downside. I got most of my energy and the EC definitely helps keep me going.

I also found that Inositol helps through the night.. so far I havnt had any of those sleepless nights people talk about.

It definitely is different form person to person.

nope, she had never had anyone use it...which to me is kinda funny, she trains other pros, but has never had anyone use it, which means they get down to those levels of bf without touching anything as potent as dnp
