Do steroids accelerate aging?

Lol.... I backed myself into a corner here.. Lol Im honestly referring to the average older guy who posts on these boards and that is usually the age group of guy's I see who are inquiring about steroids and if they will help at their age level. I mean frank zane has amazing pictures of him in his late 50's that would put probably all of us to shame.

I worked at a supplement store and I saw a guy who was in his late 70's and he no joke looked like he was probably 50 years old. I suspect now that he was on TRT but he was buying the entire store out of all the best essential vitamins and minerals and everything you can think of for health and longevity. He dropped like 300 plus dollars. It was honestly one of the most amazing physiques I have ever seen considering his age.

Plus take a look at dexter Jackson and Tony freeman those guys are almost 50 year's old. They are always in the top 10 at the mr Olympia. I think that a lot of people forget how important supplements truly are once they get on steroids. I mean even something as simple as creatine or a multi vitamin can make a difference in your gains that are dramatic for them being legal supplements. I think it is way more important to stay on top of your essentials for health like food and essential vitamins than it is to add a extra 500mg's a week of some random substance.

People skimp on the essential things their body needs and to add in more steroids. And then they wonder why am I so fucking tired? Why do I have lethargy all the time. Well it is because they are training 3 times harder and depleting more nutrients and they are skimping on key factors like vitamins and quality food. I know all the vet's in this room are already aware of the importance of balancing your vitamins and health and diet. But for the new guys to the forum who are running cycles I highly advise them to at least take a multi vitamin and eat healthy and get blood tests. I didn't even think about blood tests or if I was deficient in any vitamins tell I started reading Austinite's articles he wrote in here.

I'm just so glad you're paragraphing properly now. I can read your posts again! :)

Glad you're watching your micronutrients my friend. Stay powerful!

A twin study might be hard to find, but evidence suggest that testosterone lowers collagen synthesis. Inferring from that fact, testosterone could make you appear older. But not all AAS do that. Some increase collagen synthesis across the board. So a definitive answer to that question is pretty tricky. I hate to be ambiguous about the topic, but that is my opinion based on logic.

Lol ya those paragraphs can be trick for me. Ha ha ha I was angry at life so I took it out on my paragraphs. Lol I think that actually might be partly true. Now I just cut myself ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha just kidding.

Totally off topic but I remember you saying a while back Austinite you injected in your leg and got a weird twitch and experimented with it for a few seconds to see if you could make it happen again. Lol I don't know how you had the guts to do that. Because I hit a nerve in my quad and it made my entire leg twitch and I ripped the needle out at lightening fast speeds.

Im injecting right were I need to be I just have like a 1/4th of a inch in each direction of that area that if I inject into it is painful as hell. I think my quads just have something odd in that area that other people might not.

Femoral nerves aren't terribly bad, but they branch out everywhere so they're easier to hit. The nasty one is the saphenous nerve, closer to the inner section, but hard to hit. I don;t want any part of that.
