forget his name but good actor he was huge in american history X but is normally a skinny wimpy looking dude. I doubt he was on the juice for that movie but what the hell did they make him do and eat to get so big. Of course all his later movies he is back to himself (scrawny) like Hannibal, the Italian Job etc. my question is what kind of regime did he use as far as training, diet, etc.
not sure what forum this belongs in so move or no move.

rook.

Edward Norton? all of those actors have plenty of time before movies to fit the role. I am sure for six months or so before, lifting and getting bigger was his job. He might of juiced but probably not..

I just watched that last nigth for the first time.....awesome movie. He didn't look like he hit anything for the movie, but he definetely had more weight on him than his other movies. If he did juice it wasn't much. I did read somewhere that Brad Pitt ran some Winstrol (winny) along with 3-4 hours of cardio a day for Fight Club

That's one awesome movie..........

Anyways they probably do juice, hell i know that a lot of actors do. Plus they got sports specialists, nutritionists, trainers and everything else you can imagine to help them to act the role.

I always wondered that too. Norton was pretty ripped for that movie then he went right back to needle dick after that. Matthew McConaughey had some fuckin guns in "Reign of Fire" but in every other movie I've seen him in he looked like a regular joe schmoe. I think they juice for movies for sure.

Ill bet its primo stuff too, top shelf, cant get no highier type shit! must be nice to have that much money to buy anything. he did share the same look as Matthew Mcounagey though big chest and big bi's,and tri's only though no other muscle groups ! I say he juiced but trainer told him they were low dosages or something.

I think he looked good in Amerrican History....I would have stayed like that if I were him...BTW...love the avatar nutzz

actors have lots of time to prepare for movies. Look at Tom Hanks in castaway, he didn't grow that beard in a couple months.

Weird that I see this thread now. I was just watching that flic last night.

your lucky you didn't get falmed up the ass for asking that one.

He was more than likely natty, he just has a nutritionist and a pt helping him along the way.

If you life depends on being fit or not you be surprised at how fast you would get into shape.

Dirk beat me to it, but he was NOT huge. He probably ate a little food and woroked out. This question is almost as good as the " Brad Pitt was huge in FighT Club, what was he on?"
