Eat, Sleep, Train..

hey guys! Wondering what you guys think... On my 4th week of tren e, and man.. Im ever tired lately, idk if its cause ive been eating 3k a day and training 5-6 days a week, but All I wanna do is sleep and eat and train.. do you guys think its wise to sleep alot? its mid after-noon in Canada and I just want to sleep after my workout!
 
i dk how big you are, but 3k cals a day seems a lil low to be on cycle. im doing a cutting diet (off cycle) with 2500-2700 cals per day

If thats weight Traing 5-6 days a week thats way to much IMO. maybe why your so tired! Listen to your body sounds to me like its telling you to much take a break! As far as eat sleep train thats the recipe for MASS! Sleeping is a requirment so IMO I dont think u can sleep to much.

I love a good nap right after I work out!

Another thing to look at if your that tired is are you taking in enough calories? You could just be running on empty all the time!
 
What else are you taking with the tren?
I weight train 5-6 days a week, sometimes a 15-20 min nap at times does wonders. I never go over a half hour with it though or you start to get into a deeper sleep.
 
Got test with my tren, running 500mgs test 400mgs tren ..

maybe ill up the cal's .. good idea and not train as hard, Im just really pushing myself on this cycle to gain, already put on alot of weight.. im just so tired

im liking that idea for a nap right about now!
 
The first thing I thought was that the cals were low. Mine is low but I am just on Test Cyp and groth.

I crashed hard today after my workout. I guess that comes with the territory of a Saturday winter day.
 
You could be fighting a bit of a cold. Happens to me sometimes, I just get run down for 3-5 days but don't actually get sick.
If it's not that just make sure you getting good sleep at night and try eating more carbs.

On those days I still make sure I get to the gym, I just do a lower weight but still get a workout in.

Let us know how your doing in 5-7 days, see if anything changed
 
Think about it guys when is that nap going to treat you best! Right after maximum exertion! Train Eat a nice meal take that nap rejuvinate enjoy the rest of your day!
 
Will do guys! and I agree, when its cycle time for me, I literally lock out everyone in my life lol. I sleep, I eat, I train and that is it.. all my old time buddies get lonely without me, good thing i dont have a gf right now lol this tren would have me thinking shes cheating ;) well lots of people have that while on tren haha:Poke:
 
How much sleep are you getting each night realistically? Do you drink coffee or take caffeine supps?
 
legit ? this tren is making my sleep a nightmare, I wont get more then 3-4 hours solid in a row but i will get a 6-8 hour a sleep everyday, and Ill randomally wake up and wont be able to sleep for a hour or so. and yah I take caffiene most of the time and i was taking a supplement but im dropping it, Feel like total shit on it. just woke up from a nice nap now lol!

Have you tried 1.5mg of melatonin before bed?
 
Yess, I have to take that to acually get to sleep I forgot to add! I take the supplement shut eye which has ..

per 4 capsuls

3.5 malatonin
1.5 dosinex or something

and Just arginine and orthinine but that is for GH output
 
I would Love some of that.. the anxiety is a killer on this tren, when u run it bullseye get the vallium deff! but better to be natural ;)

yea i know man,i have bad,bad anxiety issues,so the meds is a must for me,even now im on deca,and i havet to keep my meds in check and take them at the right times,or i will have a panic attack,i hate to see what taking tren will do to me:eek:
 
I get bad anxiety from tren! I hate it alot lol, but i dont wanna get the pills but the natural ones cause im only 26, wait till im 30 for a drug habit lol!

i hear ya man,ive been on antidep and valium for 17 years and i wish id never started taking them,but i havt to,or i would be a damn nut
 
I've been on dbol and test for a week and since day 1 I've been lethargic. I'm good in the gym but literally as soon as I walk into the locker room my eyes get heavy and I just want to sleep. I havent slept through the entire night yet either since starting. I wake up really dehydrated and congested.
