Eating while on my Test cyp 250 cycle

I posted something similar to this before. I'm curious if I'm eating enough or too much. I just want to make sure I take full advantage of the Test. Btw I'm using 500-600 per week of T.
So my food consists of
Breakfast: Kashi Cereal and a protein shake
1st snack 1 cup greek yogurt
lunch: tuna on 2 slices of protein bread,4 hard boiled egg whites only,almonds
2nd snack:3 more ozs tuna no bread
sometimes I add a protein bar.
dinner my wife makes chicken,red meat,maybe quinoa,whole wheat pasta, salads etc....
Protein shake after my workout.
So anything to add or subtract?
 
looks like i have some work to do because I have never figured macros. i can only tell you that my bf% is approx 22% not great. I'm pretty sure the cals are 2500 or so +/-. My problem is if I need to add what do I add that won't make me fat. Damn! just checked my average calories somewhere around 2000. my protein im sure is over 200 grams per day. Now I weight about 208lbs.

Bro, find an app for your phone or use a website like fatsecret.com that lets you log what you eat and gives you a report for your daily intake. I'm on my iPhone, so I use MyFitnessPal (2 bucks) and it lets me scan barcodes and search for everything else including restaurant meals to add to my log.
I realized real quickly that I was struggling to make it to 2500 a day, much less the 4000 I'm trying to ramp up to!
