before jumping to conclusions, the intended should fully assess his health status.
For he may suffer from conditions he's unaware of, which may give these symptoms.
I do NOT think M1t at intended dosages did anything...
An health assessment is needed, though.
I have been ill with a terrible flu for over 1 month now.
I have been taking SHITLOADS of:
- heavy antibiotics
- double vial IM cortison daily
- expectorants
Try to stack a big vial of cortison + a big vial of expectorant + a big vial of whatever else.
Many of these compounds ARE steroids in nature.
And i'm not feelig any ill effects; my liver is ok ( although i pop a silymarin tab at meals to help along ); no high pressure; no blood in the urines.
People must mind what they do.
If you train so hard you tear a muscle or shit blood, then perhaps you MUST slow down.
It's just not normal.
Like people who CLAIM they squat until they puke...
what's that, a snuff movie contest?
I currently leg press ( no cable press ) 420 kg.
fair.
i started at 320 months ago.
Once i added weight & felt my knees & muscles were up to collapse, i would cut the weight & wait until next time.
Still in 4 months i went from 320 to 400-420 ( depends on times ) and i'm hormones/steroid/PH free sofar.
In this sport the journey counts more than the destination.
Upping weight is ok: i feel frustrated if i don't.
But if upping it means THAT kind of discomfort, my body's telling me to slow down.
Last time i upped my triceps machine weight by 20kg and with 80kg it was my UTMOST MAXIMUM: not one ounce more!
Yea, i could have gone up & torn a muscle...then i could have pigged painkillers down...
unwise.
