End of the year cycle to prepare me for AAS cycle next year.

What is your Total Testosterone at? You should not go by Free T by itself.

For your liver, I would get on some NAC and Liv.52 fast. Get those numbers back in range before your start messing with prohormones.

Well, LabsMD just contacted me and gave me my total testosterone value. It is actually normal which is tripping me the fuck out.

TESTOSTERONE, TOTAL, LC/MS/MS 533------------------------ 250-1100 ng/dL

So my total testosterone is ok but my free testosterone sucks? Hmm.

I told you that you can't make assumptions.

If I had to guess, you caloric restriction has put you into hypothyroidism territory which is then probably increasing your SHBG.

Well, no workout for today because I had to go to a church program that I am enrolled in for 10 weeks. Here are my macros for the day:

No shame in that, you must take care of all three parts of yourself. Your mind, your body, and your spirit (the trinity of man) all must be healthy. If one of the three parts is unhealthy, it will cause the other two to become unhealthy as well. :)

Well, the spirit thing is new this year. I've been working on my body all year long by doing CrossFit up until September when I had to stop because of the change of my work schedule due to a job promotion. My mind...well, I'm fucked there. :owned: As far as the spirit, I became a Christian after being an atheist for 25 years so it's brand new but at least its kept me out of trouble and I seem to be nicer to people, so I guess it's a good thing. :dunno:

No workout for today because work was crazy and I had to work late. Next week things will be much better and less crazier. Here are the macros for the day:

Protein - 251.3 grams
Fats - 172.4 grams
Carbs - 59.0 grams
Net Carbs - 38.6 grams
Sugar - 18.3 grams
Calories - 2748.5 calories

Here are the macros for the day:

Protein - 223.2 grams
Fats - 118.5 grams
Carbs - 47.3 grams
Net Carbs - 31.6 grams
Sugar - 12.9 grams
Calories - 2143.4 calories

So today I decided to test myself. I took the crazy ephedra pill in the morning and 30 minutes before my run in the late morning I took 20 mg of the GW-501516. I then ran 8.23 miles in 1:31:29 at an average of 11:07 minutes per mile. If this is a placebo effect from the GW-501516, then I'm stoked. I was averaging 10 to 11 minutes a mile for just 3 or 4 miles and today I ran over 8 miles at that pace. I'm really fucking amazed. Now if only my coach will start the fucking Barbell Club so I can start Olympic lifting on Tuesday and Thursday nights, I'll be a happy camper. Thank God I'm going to be leaving CrossFit in January and doing nothing but Olympic lifting...it'll be time to pack on muscle instead of losing this fucking disgusting fat off my body. Here are the following macros for the day:

Protein - 243.8 grams
Fats - 112.6 grams
Carbs - 59.2 grams
Net Carbs - 57.2 grams
Sugar - 7.7 grams
Calories - 2190.2 calories

And yes, I ate more carbohydrates than I normally do because I ran over 8 miles...I figure if my fat ass ran 8 miles, then I get to eat a little bit more carbs than I normally do because I earned the right to.

Get some fiber. Especially if you are going to use ephedra. Can you say "impaction"?

Here are the macros for Sunday October 4, 2015:

Protein - 218.8 grams
Fats - 116.8 grams

No workout for today, when I got home I had to take my mom to the emergency room (she's ok). After getting out of the ER, she wanted to go to subway so we went there. I had my first sandwich in a long ass time...it was fucking orgasmic!! My carbs are off the charts today because of it so I'll be running my ass off tomorrow to work it off. No free lunch...if you sit at the devil's table, you better be prepared to pay the bill. Here are my unholy macros for the day:

Protein - 194.3 grams
Fats - 119.8 grams
Carbs - 145.1 grams
Net Carbs - 115.5 grams
Sugar - 25.0 grams
Calories - 2385.6 calories

Fuck yeah!!!!!!!!! I went on my run today and I broke some personal records. I rant 4.04 miles in 36:44 minutes at an average of 9:06 minutes a mile. It is the fastest average pace I have ever run and I have broke records for the fastest average pace in a week (9:06 minutes a mile)and in a month (10:06 minutes a mile). I though after consuming all those wretched carbs last night that I would be running like shit, but I actually fucking killed it!! This whole placebo effect with the Cardarine GW-501516 rules!!! If I am having this much success now, I can't wait until I start my prohomone cycle soon (once I get my fucking liver enzyme levels down). Here are my macros for the day:

Protein - 211.2 grams
Fats - 112.9 grams
Carbs - 47.0 grams
Net Carbs - 31.6 grams
Sugar - 12.7 grams
Calories - 2043.6 calories

Carbs are beneficial for endurance activities.

Are carbs going to be beneficial for muscle building when I start Olympic weightlifting in January? I always though protein is the most important macro nutrient because its made up of amino acids which are needed to build and repair muscle tissue. I though that since enough protein consumption would but put me in a positive nitrogen balance, that I would be more anabolic and be able to build muscle easier. That way when I am creating these microscopic tears in my muscle fibers, that the protein, specifically the amino acids, would allow me to repair the damage but also make them bigger and stronger so that they can adapt to the damage I'm doing to them when I go apeshit and lift weights really, really hard.

I'm not really sure how the carbs help out with muscle building because I thought all carbs convert to sugar, specifically glucose, to give me energy and to help in the production of ATP. I guess I can see why the carbs are helping me with all the cardio because I am using more energy that I am using muscle, but when I start weightlifting, the cardio is not even fucking close to the hell I have to endure with CrossFit or with my 4 mile runs. Weightlifting seems so fucking easy and relaxed compared to the cardio that I go through where I can't catch my breath, the lactic acid is flooding my body, and I just want to drop dead...yet I keep pushing myself more and more and refuse to give up until I finish or black out, which ever one comes first (hopefully finish...blacking out sucks!!).

Carbs are stored as glycogen in your muscles. Glycogen is extremely helpful in building muscle and allowing muscles to perform. Do some reading on it.

And glucose is burned more efficiently than ketones. This improves your performance as you may have noticed jogging the other day.

Carbs are good. Zilla has some great posts on the topic that I would encourage you to read.

Today, I was able to go back to my CrossFit box(gym) for the first time in weeks and it felt so good to be back to my second home. I ran into my fit family there and the support and love I received from them seriously warmed my heart. They couldn't believe how much weight I have lost and asked how many pounds have I lost this year so I told them...I have lost 87 pounds so far this year and I have gone down 10 pant sizes from a size 44 to a size 34.

Anyways, it was their open gym hours, so since it was my day off at work (finally!!! no more 6 or 7 day weeks anymore), I got to do come chest workouts that I haven't done in many weeks. We started with bench press and did 12 reps, then increased weight and did 10 reps, increased weight and did 8 reps, increased weight and did 4 reps, then decreased weight and did 8 reps, decreased weight did 10 reps, and finally decreased weight and did 12 reps. I'm not putting down the weight I used because it is embarrassing. I haven't been able to do my regular workouts because of my job promotion so I have been running 4 miles a day multiple times a week. Even though my endurance is off the charts, my strength is weak.

After the bench press pyramid/reverse pyramid, we did 3 sets of bench press burn outs - 50 reps at 55 lbs. Then we did 3 sets of 10 reps of push ups with push up bars and our feet on boxes. Finally, we did 3 sets of 10 reps of pull-overs with dumbbells. Once again, I'm not saying the weight I used because I am embarrassed as hell.

After all that, coach wanted us to run 3 200meter sprints with 2 minutes of rest in between sprints. I can't believe what I was able to do...I ran all 3 of them and I left every fucker in the dust. I seriously shocked myself because I thought I would be slow like a fucking turtle but I actually hauled ass!! I didn't even get out of breath after each sprint so I was so surprised.

I have made the decision that I am staying with my family at CrossFit so come January, after I have got down to body fat I need to be in order to do my first testosterone cycle ever in January and my second cycle in the late summer, I am going to do my CrossFit workouts and do my Olympic weightlifting at a different gym that only does Olympic weightlifting. I'll do the Olympic weightlifting on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and I'll do my CrossFit on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (Fridays are going to be a motherfucker!!!).

I can only imagine the diet that 3J is going to put me on in January to bulk up and try to get back the 70 pounds of muscle I lost since my injury a couple of years ago. I have a feeling I'll be eating like a motherfucker!!! Luckily I am hiring him or her (I don't know if 3J is a guy or girl) for the long term so this isn't some 6 week bullshit. He or she is a worthwhile investment so I was thinking long term , like a full year. Anyways, I will be posting my macros for the day later tonight.

Remember that you need rest to grow muscle.

I thought that steroids would allow me to recover faster so I could do more workouts? Well, if that is the case, I'll take Saturdays off as well so that way I have the entire weekend to rest. I will also stop jogging 4 miles once I start my January training so that way I know I won't be doing too much.

Sure they help, but muscles still need rest.

OK then, I trust you 100% so I'll take Saturdays and Sundays off and not do any type of workout whatsoever. Do you think it is too much to do a CrossFit WOD and a 1.5 hour Olympic weightlifting workout on Fridays? My CrossFit workout would be at 9:00 am and the Olympic weightlifting workout would be at 2:30 pm.
