Well, today was the conclusion of the barbell club. Here were the final results:
1. On the power clean, my previous PR was 150 lbs and I was able to lift 175 lbs, so I broke my old PR by 25 lbs.
2. On the back squat, my previous PR was 245 lbs and I was able to lift 255 lbs, so I broke my old PR by 10 lbs.
3. On the push press, my previous PR was 135 lbs and I was able to lift 140 lbs, so I broke my old PR by 5 lbs.
4. On the bench press, my previous PR was 135 lbs and I was able to lift 150 lbs, so I broke my old PR by 15 lbs.
5. On the sumo dead lift, my previous PR was 315 lbs and I was able to lift 320 lbs, so I broke my old PR by 5 lbs.
So in the span of 6 weeks, I was able to increase all my lifts by 60 lbs while I was doing a ketogenic diet hovering around 2000 calories a day.
Now I have stopped taking the prohormones and will continue doing a ketogenic diet for the rest of the month until January comes. At that point, I will start the Olympic weight lifting, get my diet plan from 3J, and begin my 12 week cycle of Testosterone Cypionate with the AI and hCG followed by a one month PCT (God, I hope the Test makes me stronger!). Also in January, before I begin all that, I will get blood work done and I will have a DEXA scan done as well. Here are my macros for the final day of barbell club...thanks for following my log and I'll create a new log when I begin my very first AAS cycle in January:
Protein - 239.6 grams
Fats - 103.1 grams
Carbs - 46.1 grams
Net Carbs - 30.8 grams
Sugar - 11.4 grams
Calories - 2065.6 calories
