I'm training for an event which I'm trying to get myself to be able to run up to 7 miles by november. I'm 5'10 220lbs. 16% bodyfat. I'm going to lose some size, I know this but what kind of cycle should I run. Preferably with uncle z's choices. I want to keep as much muscle as possible and hopefully get my fat to around 9%....My body loves Winstrol (winny) but I don't want to find out the hard way of how bad it can dry out your joints.
 
Personally if I were you I would just up my calories to account for the extra cardio you're doing and get plenty of rest. Running a cycle for this purpose doesn't really seem like a great idea. Why not just shed down during this time and bulk on a cycle after? :afro:
