Enough gear to support cut?

I'm looking to cut for summer. I'm currently 5'11 208lbs 14% BF. My question is, how fast can I lose weight and is my training regimen an overkill for the amount of gear im on? Looking to get down to 8%

Diet: Dave Palumbo's Keto diet

Training: 45min/ 5-6 days a week high intensity.

Cardio: 1.25 hours fasted cardio in the morning and 1 hour post workout (Low intensity, HR around 130).

Gear:
500mg Test E/Week
60mg Tren A/Day
50mcg T3
50mg Aromasin/Day (Very E2 Sensitive)
.25mcg Caber EOD

you can cut easily on diet and cardio. diet is the number 1 factor, which you seem to have fixed

you seem to have enough gear there. why not run prop with the tren ace?

i would just skip the clen

non of the trianing really matters for fat loss (health sure) its the gear and diet...
fatloss is minimal with cardio. you can go run for 2hrs and out back those calories with one cookie
focus on diet not so much gear and trianing. do cardio a few times a week and focus on diet.

you can get ripped with not lifting a finger if diet and gear is on point. though of course i would not rec this you should do cardio for health.

Diets down perfect. I'm not worried as much about shedding fat as losing muscle. I want to be able to do the extra cardio and still maintain muscle (Lots of stress in my life and the extra cardio in addition to the weights makes me feel amazing).

So based on the diet being down can I do 2 hours of cardio a day in addition to lifting and still maintain muscle mass while dropping 2-3lbs per week?

I agree. Prop/ace is a nice cutting/hardening cycle.

so u wanna be 8% huh? do u know what it will feel like if and when u reach 8% bf?

u will look great, but WILL feel like a bag of shit... muscles will constantly be cramping up and u will be lifting half the weights u usually move in the gym... sounds like fun doesn't it? haha

10-11% is MUCH more comfortable to live with on an everyday basis...

as for holding onto your muscle while shedding fat... u can if u don't do so much cardio, u are overkillin it right now bro... 45 min cardio after your workout is plenty, 4-5 times per week
