Epi+ Stano+ Mk2866+ Gw501516 **10 Days In**

Preface:
Ok so I have been debating on what to run as my next cycle and decided on Test-e and Mast for 15 weeks. Unfortunately the "internship" I landed this summer is not paying what I was hoping for, long story short I can't run my desired cycle. So I thought maybe just a Test-e cycle would suffice but I would have to wait and save up and really I was 100% looking forward to running mast at least 10weeks. Ultimately I decided to save my dream cycle for when I can run it 110% with no worries.

Fortunately for me I had 1 bottle of Epi and Stano (MMv2 clone) laying around (was thinking about throwing into the end of test/mast cycle while long esters clear). So I got creative and after reading up on Mk-2866 (Ostarine) and Gw-501516 I decided with a modest investment in these 2 SARMS (with the help of the sweet prices currently going on at Unique) I could put together one beast of a cycle.

History:
1st "dumb" cycle: Epi + SD (I get horrible sides from SD and will never run again)

2nd "real" cycle: Test-e for 8.5weeks at 575mg/week (Can't wait to run Test again)

Current cycle:
Epi @ 30mg/day for 4.5weeks
Mk @ 17.5mg/day for 6weeks (Stagger- starting last week of Epi)
Gw @ 5mg/day for 4weeks (Stack- during weeks 2-5 of Mk)

Pct Arsenal on Hand: Clomid, Nolva, Aromasin, Activate Extreme, DAA

The Stano I am keeping on hand and will start if I need an added boost in aggression/strength at any point during the cycle.

Goals and Metrics:
As I said I am 10days into my cycle and will post some current pics (I think I have a pic or 2 prior to the start of the Epi). Lastly my goal is a serious recomp (Emphasis on losing fat and gaining strength). I don't want to post my current weight and %bf and then post my ending weight and %bf because people can simply lie about stats..I want you fellas to tell me how much muscle and how much fat I gain/lost based on my progression pics- You be the judge!

Diet:

Breakfast- Egg whites, ham, peppers, onions

Lunch #1- Same as breakfast

Lunch #2- Egg whites, chicken breast, mixed veggies

Dinner- Same as lunch #2

Snacks throughout the day:
2 protein bars
2 pieces of fruit
ON ProComplex Post-workout

4 meals @ 30g protein/ 350cals each
2 Protein bars @ 20g protein/ 225cals each
1 Post-wrkout shake @35g protein/ 150cals
Fruit is another 100cals each

Totaling 195g of protein and 2200cals

Did you think about running hcgenerate or transderm to help with your test levels? Or you not too concerned about that with the epi? You said your sides sucked when you took SD...

I was thinking about hcgenerate or maybe sustain alpha (topical) but honestly I'm skeptical of otc products. If Epi is going to shut down my test production the only thing that will keep me going is real HCG that you inject sub-q. If hcgenerate really worked on cycle I would think the AAS boys running Test/Tren cycles would be on it...I just don't believe the marketing hype.

As of right now I don't have any signs of being shut down. no lethargy, libido is prime, no nut sack shrinkage, etc..but this might all change as I'm only on week 2. And again I'm only running for 4.5 weeks so even if I'm completely shut down after 2weeks in, it will be a short time till I'm back up and running with my natty test. My biggest concern is my libido crashing and I have primaljax (no marketing hype) with proven ingredients to increase libido and blood flow

Workout Flow/ Additional Notes:

For each workout I have a main lift (Bench-press, DL, Standing-press, Squat) where I utilize Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 routine. From there I superset exercises using a non-stop 5rep technique. In this scheme I choose 2-3 supplemental exercises and starting with a very low weight I perform 5reps continuing (non-stop) to the next lift adding very small increments to the weight in each of the following sets. I perform the superset until failure (or PR) and move onto the next superset. This scheme allows me to lift relatively close to my 5rep max, while keeping my heart rate up, utilizing a fair amount volume, in a short amount of time.

Also I alternate grips/techniques (Like with Ez-bar curls, pull-ups, etc).. As well for my incline and decline press superset I will perform 1 as a 1-handed DB press and the other as a DB fly, alternating them the next workout.


Here is the basic overview of my lifting schedule. I wasn't planning on posting every workout, but I can if people want me to (I writes down all sets/reps/weights). I will post any PRs I set in my 4 major lifts and will keep updated on how I feel during my workouts.

Current lifts:
Bench press- 250
Deadlift- 390
Standing press- 155
Squat- 315
 
May 8th workout:


Main lift- Deadlift
working up to 5rep max @ 330 *NEW PR*

Accessory work
Weighted dips- 5rep @25,50,70, then banged out 7 reps @ 90lbs *NEW PR*


Pretty pumped about my lifts! Previous 5rep max for DLs was 325 and for dips was 90. So far this cycle (2weeks in) I am up in my DL (5lbs) and Dips (Up 2reps @90lbs)

My workouts overall are great, great pump and vascularity, and strength is coming on slowly. This is exactly what I wanted to happen as I am losing fat off my waist while I'm building strength. In the past without a ph/ds/aas I have not been successful at losing fat and building strength, it was always 1 or the other. I'm also glad these changes are coming on slowly, if I started losing fat too quickly and my strength stalls I will be in a less advantageous position to gain muscle towards the end of the cycle (more strength = more tension on muscle = easier to build muscle) as well if I lose minimal amounts of fat (.5 lbs/ week) and my strength skyrockets chances are I will lose most of that strength during pct if I have not added muscle during that time. All in all I am pleased with progress so far. I also have zero sides to report.

Ya so my strength is really rolling now and I feel like I'm going to be hitting PRs with every workout, which is more than I was hoping for. Yesterday I went out to dinner with a bunch of buddies who are graduating (I had to be a hero and go on to grad school) and housed a burger and fries. I estimated the meal to 1500 calories and my total cals for the day were around 3500 and seeing as I burn close to 3000 cals/ day I'm not too worried. I'll just chalk it up as a 24hr bulk lol.

Also today was supposed to be my Squats day but my quads and calfs are still sore from the cardio I ran May 10th in the morning, before my evening workout. I'm not used to running medium to long distance steady-state cardio but it felt great to get out in the sun and stretch my wheels. So basically instead of squats I swapped them out for bench press + bicep curls and still did my SLDL. Depending on how I feel tomorrow I plan to do squats with all accessory work (excluding SLDL) plus the accessory work (excluding bicep curls) I left out from my bench-press workout. If so it will be a beast of a workout including- Squats, Power-cleans, Incline DB flies, Decline 1-handed DB press, and Abs

Also I'm kinda losing track of time, I know I have a little over 2weeks left worth of Epi @ 30mg/day...so I'm ~14days in...Anyways NEW PICS WILL BE UP SOON!

Power Cleans - 190 x 2

Both PRs. I was surprised I broke 2 records on the same day, both relying on my legs. I'm very impressed with my strength, especially for being in a calorie deficit and on only 30mg/day of Epi. Still no noticeable side effects

Ya it's nuts I'm lifting more every time I step into the gym.. I hit Pr's on my squat and bench too that I haven't posted yet. Epi agrees with me big time. I've heard people say 30mg/day is useless and 50mg is when you actually feel it, I know my lifts would not be jumping like this without some kind of exogenous compound.

Also I'm def tightening up, tho not as fast as I wanted to. I was hoping to jump down quick to around 8%bf while on Epi, then lean bulk with Mk and Gw. My diet is 99% clean (I could lower the sodium) and lately I have been waking up after 2-3hrs of sleep and I'll munch another protein bar then pass out. Basically I need to tighten up my overall cals.

I went for another short run today and will continue the cardio at 3x week. The only side effect I have been getting is waking up briefly during the night, nothing to complain about tho. New Pics In 3 Days!
 
Nice man it'll be interesting to see if mk can maintain that strength or keep it improving. I may have to look into Epi eventhough I swore off PHs. Sex life is too important to me and def some added cardio haha. I'm excited to do my first aas cycle prob next January. Gotta track down some Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) though. Keep the posts comin man your strength gains are a fun read.
 
Strength...and More Strength

Today (May 19th)

Standing Press- 150 x 3

This is about on par with my last standing press day of 140x5 which was a pr.

Yesterday I ran cardio only, jogging around campus and ran some sprints along this strip of trees right next to one of the baseball fields. The day I swapped out bench press in place of squats threw me off...I know in the past 5days I also hit PRs in deadlifts, bench press, and squats.

Bench- 255 x 1
Deadlifts- 350 x 3
Squats- 300 x 3

I'm not even sure what order I did these and I think I might have forgotten to take a days rest at some point lol. Regardless strength is up, sticking to my diet, I'm down to a 31.5inch waist and usually I'm pretty shredded at 30inches so thats ~7lbs to go which I should have off in 2 weeks. That will leave me with a month of Mk and Gw to finish off the cycle!

I know the cardio is gonna give me a great boost. I have never done a successful cut in the past without HIIT so I don't know why I was trying to pussy-foot around it..

And ya I wish I was doing my Test/Mast cycle I've been dreaming bout but like I said in my first post my summer gig ain't covering a nice long aas cycle (especially if I want to do it the right way)...But what I'm running now is delivering more than I was expecting so Fck it.
 
You're starting the gw on your last week of epi right?

Na, I'm starting Mk the last week of Epi which was 3days ago @17.5mg/day along with aromasin @12.5mg/day....

I have 4days left of Epi and will start nolva @20mg/day for 3weeks once I finish. I was going to start Gw the 2nd week of Mk (which would be in 4 days) but I want to save the Gw for the final weight cut after I'm done with the nolva and my natty test is back. So in summary I'm finishing up Epi, on to Mk/Nolva/Aromasin, and will end with Gw
 
Like I said I haven't tried epi so I can't compare, but I'm def excited to see if MK keeps your strength gains or even increases it.
