Equipoise instead of Deca?

Hi!

I'm kind of new to roids, but have read about cycles and stuff for quite a while now, and planning my upcoming cycle (which will be my first btw)

So, one quick question: Is it better to use Equipoise instead of Deca, or the other way around? Side effetcs, musclegain etc?Read alot of places that Equioise is a good replacement for deca..

I'm looking for more volume and musclegain in the first place.

Planning my first cycle to be like this:

Testo Enathate 500 mg EW
Deca or EQ

And having nolva and clomid stacked up, for gyno probs and pct

i like the idea of test ONLY for a first cycle .if you add another compound eq can replace deca in a cycle your gains will probably be smaller with the eq but they wil be quality gains with little or no water from the eq and you can expect less side effects as well from eq than deca .
 
dawg ig right !again!do a test only first,learn your body,eat,eat,eat,a good diet is the most important thingfor gains,on or off cycle,how old are you,how long you been lifting,stats?
 
If it's your first cycle, you should try a lower dose of Test. Why does everyone think that they should use around 500 mg for a first cycle? I don't get it. I've seen newbies make awesome gains from 250 mg's per week.

But how about some info on you, weight, height, training and bodyfat?

I cycled Test and deca for my first 2 cycles, good gains, big sides (acne, shutdown) I am currently doing Test and EQ (thanks to advice from this board) and gains are great and very minimal sides. If I had to give any advice I would say do Test first. If I had I would have known the sides were primarily from deca and would have saved myself a second cycle with mre sides. Do test first, then if you want to stack another cycle I would advise EQ.

i agree with u 100 and 10%..250mg a week for 12 weeks great for first cycle;)

Thx for the response guys, here's some info bout me:

I'm 1.94 cm high, 96 kg, body fat I don't know, been training for 2 years serious, and have a really thight food schedule etc.

So most of you think I should go with just test, which I agree with after reading more on this forum, but 1-8 with 500 EW or 1-12 with 250 EW??
 
sorry, but I'm not sure how to measure my height and weight in inches and pounds..anybody who can, please feel free to do so;)

Try the 250. It's a low dose of Test, but it could be very effective for a first cycle. See how that works and then make adjustments for your next cycle. I've been cycling for years and I only run my Test at around 400 mg's per week. Why take more?

I have seen people make good gains, and not so good gains on 250mg. 400-500 always seemed like a dose where sides are minimal at best yet just about everyone responds too. Although i don't beleive in megadosing a first cycle like some people do, i do beleive that all cycles should be effective.
