Hit my sets pretty good today. Hit an easy 5 sets of my milt press so ill move back up to 90s. Still not close to the 100s i was hitting but it'll get there. Hit my side lat sets so im going to move up to maybe the 37.5s or whatever those weird in between weights are. 40 will be too much and my form will suck. Threw in some Db shrugs with the 120 dbs (they dont go any higher in my gym) knew my grip would be shot for everything after that though. Deadlifts were decent though i lost my grip strength by my third set. it wasnt my back so much as me being able to hold the bar. Stronly considering buying straps though im against the concept. I already use a belt. I was able to get my seated rows up 20 pounds and almost hit a full 3 sets. Lat pulls was a joke because i had absolutly no grip to hold the bar. The weight was light but i was holding it with the tips of my fingers. Any advice on this?

Cardio and abs

45 mins on eliptical. burned around 700 cals
Regular crunches 3x70
Decline bench leg raises 3x20
hanging leg lifts 2x20

I was hungry and left early to go eat steak. Yep, ill be a fattass today. Least i got the cardio in which was the main purpose of the workout.

Good workout. Went from 55s-60s and i felt the 5 pounds alot. didnt come close to hitting my 5 sets though i was hungover and pretty tired. Not really worrying about hitting it next weekend. Put an extra 5 pounds on the BB curls. Missed my last set but again, pretty sure ill be good next week when fully rested. Upped the skulls 5 pounds and hit my sets. Went back to the other machine with more of the pullys. Hit the whole stack for a pretty good three sets. I decided to switch up the last exercise to supinated pushdowns instead of the 1 arm ext's because i feel that my tri's are too shot for more DB work.
 
elbows are good. i try to keep as best form as possible. i have a feeling that it'll break once the weight gets really heavy with the DB curls. If im struggling with the BB curls at the end, ill cheat a little to get the extra rep. I dont rely on cheat curls, but i think its one of the only exercises that you can break form and still benifit from it.
 
its working for me. i guess im bulking though im not really concerned with whether i gain or lose weight at this point.

SOLID FUCKING WORKOUT TODAY. hit my legs real good. Went up 5 poudns with my squats, hit em, hit my sets on the leg press when i didnt come close last week. Went up 5 pounds with my quad ext, and i know i coulda hit my full 10 on the first set. SLD i kept the same and banged em out, though im planning on going to 190 or more next week.
