Shoulders and back.

Well i kinda fucked up the order of todays lift. Im going to start with two of my friends, and was of them was already there. Except he was doing Lat pulls first, the exercise i usually do last. Considering i wasnt planning on doing deads today cus i feel like shit, i figured i'd just do the rest of the workout backwards. Worked out good, but i cant really say what kinda numbers i hit bc they were in a completly diff order, and there were no deads. The shoulders got hit hard and i hit 90s from 85s for almost a complete five sets. Side lats were good as usual and i hit my db shrugs for a full 3 sets. I threw on wraps for them and focused on getting a squeeze.
 
MOW, im doing deads next week with my shoulders...i felt like i was on the verge of getting sick all week, prolly from lack of sleep...and that takes a lot


angry, your getting your weight up there dont worry. i got my new phone, which takes some sick vids so ill be posting some tomorow hopfully...

I had a good arms workout today. I hit 60s up from 55s last week on my db curls and i almost hit a full 5 sets. I stayed with the same 120 for bb curls that i attempted last week only this week i hit my full three sets. I went up to 45s from 42.5's and i hit my 3 sets for pinwheel curls. Went up 5 pounds in skulls and hit those as well. My ropes were down on the machine with three less pulleys, so its hard to say where im at with those. im going to stick to that machine from now on so i can track my progress better. I went up 10 pounds for my sup pulls from 50, although i didnt write it down and i might have down more. either way im def satisfied with this workout. I have the vids which ill be posting right now.

i like to switch it up and i've done it like that for years...ill switch back eventually though

Absolutly killed my legs this time. I only went up 5 pounds from 280 to 285 but i hit my sets ass to grass with good form. I threw on 20 more pounds for leg press and hit em for a full 3 sets. went up 5 pounds in leg ext and hit my sets for that as well. Went up in SLD's 10 pounds and hit my full sets. so all in all went up in everything and hit my sets in everything. :rockband:
 
thanks fellas...weird thing is its been two days since i worked em....and they arnt sore yet. i dunno what the fuck is going on.

i know this however when i work out my legs especially, they are usually so sore i cant walk without pain for at least 2-3 days. Nothing in my diet or sleep has changed drastically so im just wondering why all of a sudden there would be no soreness?
