i am afraid of having face acne cause i get cystic pimples every now and then and it hurts like a bitch,how can i combat face acne not body acne and will popping those cysts leave a scar behind or not..peace

use spectro jel, or proactive(i find that it helps alot)... zits come and go man u have to except it, especially when you are gonna be on the juice. i normally take up tanning as well, it helps cause it dries out the skin and burns away bacteria.... go about 3-4 days a week 12 mins.

Tanning, showering, and topical antibiotics (such as benzamycin, clindamycin, and differin gel) work very well from my experience.

benzim something 2.25%, and some other chemical...buddy for the buck, get spectro jel. Well in canada they sell it at shoppers drugmart, i dont know if they have that store in the states but they would have it for sure at any pharmacy store where u can buy shampoo,soaps n shit... its like 12 bucks for a 500ml bottle, and theres a small bottle for a cheaper price. its used for skin that easly prone to other acne creams... theres no scented stuff or anything so it doesn't irritate the skin, cleans the bacteria off...or u can get prescription drugs from ur doctor. be careful tho if ur on the juice and taking that shit at the same time.

proactive works great. i have used all sorts of things for acne including prescriptions meds, but proactive has definitely worked better than anything else.
