Fat Ass
No pip from yesterdays left quad. Was only sore for about 30 minutes. Shot in left delt today which delts are my favorite to pin in so it will be part of the daily rotation. No pip at all, figure this stuff should start kicking in by Wednesday which will be the 4th pin.
Made a mistake last night, took the stane and prami and realized I didn't need to even take the prami since I haven't started the tren yet but I am so glad I did. It made me very nauseous. Eventually it knocked me out pretty good but woke up sick as a dog. Took .25mg. Felt so crappy this morning I skipped meal 1 and left the gym after half my workout. NO MORE PRAMI FOR ME.....already ordered caber from MP this morning. Can't wait until this prami gets out of my system, still feel horrible and working out on this stuff is a no go. So taking it when I didn't need it without thinking was a really good thing. Now I can set it aside and use the caber with the tren.
I need to research the half life of MPs caber. It's .5mg so I think Monday morning, and Thursday night would work for taking the tabs but need to make sure the half life isn't shorter than that, forum search here I come.
Post workout (if you can call today a workout at all) I added extra fat and an extra scoop of protein to make up for this mornings lack of the 5 eggs I would have never been able to eat. Still had to choke down the shake. Not sure how people with prami sides manage.
