Fat ass on Tren A/Prop....

No pip from yesterdays left quad. Was only sore for about 30 minutes. Shot in left delt today which delts are my favorite to pin in so it will be part of the daily rotation. No pip at all, figure this stuff should start kicking in by Wednesday which will be the 4th pin.

Made a mistake last night, took the stane and prami and realized I didn't need to even take the prami since I haven't started the tren yet but I am so glad I did. It made me very nauseous. Eventually it knocked me out pretty good but woke up sick as a dog. Took .25mg. Felt so crappy this morning I skipped meal 1 and left the gym after half my workout. NO MORE PRAMI FOR ME.....already ordered caber from MP this morning. Can't wait until this prami gets out of my system, still feel horrible and working out on this stuff is a no go. So taking it when I didn't need it without thinking was a really good thing. Now I can set it aside and use the caber with the tren.

I need to research the half life of MPs caber. It's .5mg so I think Monday morning, and Thursday night would work for taking the tabs but need to make sure the half life isn't shorter than that, forum search here I come.

Post workout (if you can call today a workout at all) I added extra fat and an extra scoop of protein to make up for this mornings lack of the 5 eggs I would have never been able to eat. Still had to choke down the shake. Not sure how people with prami sides manage.
 
Yeah, three shakes is a bit much but I can sub one for 4 eggs if I want so that's an option but more protein is always good. Hard to prepare meals for all of this and I struggle to eat most times anyway for some reason. I'm never really hungry but the tren and test should boost that a lot. As for almonds I completely left out 15 almonds I accounted for with meal 3. I always have non salted roasted almonds at hand. That's been a go to snack for years for me. I'll work on eliminating a shake, need to figure out my meal preparations a bit better then. I plan to cook for the week today because I won't have time for sure to handle this all week, probably won't have the energy either starting keto. Not sure if it's going to happen but looking to lose 9-10% body fat in the first 8 weeks, that's the goal at least. Right now I'm at 6', 203, ~21%.
Always good to start out with a goal. I think losing 10% body fat in 8 weeks is a bit excessive, but I've seen it done. Just remember slow and steady wins the race here. ;) Eggs are a great source of protein, but be careful if you end up eating them every day - food allergies suck and can be caused by eating the same things over and over.

What supps do you take while you're on? Should I still hit creatine, BCAA, etc? I'm sure it doesn't hurt but am curious what others do.
Geez, I take a TON of stuff both on and off cycle. Orange Triad multi's (they have glucosamine/chondroitin), 4g of fish oil, liv.52, potassium, magnesium, zinc, B-12 (going to move to injections soon), garlic, cinnamon with chromium picolinate, aspirin, MSM, coenzyme Q-10, Beta-alanine, Leucine, ALCAR (it's a form of carnitine), creatine, taurine, pregnenolone, DHEA, and a bunch of prescription meds for diabetes and blood pressure. If I had to narrow it down, I'd recommend a good multi with fish oil and liv.52. If you start to get cramps, potassium/magnesium/taurine are fantastic!

That's a bummer. Some folks can't stand prami, while others (like me) have no issues with it at all. It does make me sleepy, but I take it at night before bedtime for this reason. Did you take it on an empty stomach or did you have food with it? I've also found that adding a bagel and a banana with my PWO whey shake helps a bunch in recovering from the session at the gym. :) I don't remember caber dosing off the top of my head, but I am pretty sure that'll be easy to find using search.

I took it right after dinner last night so I had a full belly, just isn't going to work out prami and I...we just aren't going to be friends.

Caber is coming and I don't need it until I start the tren, glad I took the prami last night. Only started feeling normal again about a half hour ago.

As for the bagel or banana I do the same thing except I am doing keto right now so I can't have either and today was the first time in ages I haven't had a banana in my shake and I missed it. Bananas do good things for me so I will have to supplement with potassium or something. I also take a ton of stuff normally and over a year ago on test I didn't stop my sups, was just curious if people cut down on anything. I didn't plan to.

I think 10% body fat is doable, I am hoping for small muscle gains on a deficit due to the tren (some people seem to get this), and then of course losing fat so with every gain the bodyfat percentage goes down due to more lean muscle and then losing body fat along with it so losing fat isn't the only way to lower body fat overall so I'm thinking it can be done if I stay on point in the kitchen and not have anymore gym trips like today.

Updates aren't exciting yet and I do need to post pics but I will get harped on because I should lean down before this cycle so I might wait on those....of course I really don't care either I guess. I'll give that some thought and maybe take some pics first thing tomorrow morning.

I saw several other posts showing off their gear, here's mine. I know I'm a couple tren vials short which is my fault when I ordered it. Forgot to change the quantity in the cart but I have them coming so it should be good. Still need Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), ordered it from somewhere else and haven't received it yet. Should have ordered from RUI.... anyway, here's my ride.

edit* - Oh, and I won't be using the prami.....ordered my caber today. Can't do that prami.

OK, I pinned the tren this morning...couldn't resist any longer. Was going to wait a week on the test prop but the pins have been going fine with very little pip...more just soreness. So today was the 4th pin in the cycle. Will be on caber, stane and 1ml total split evenly between the test prop and tren daily.

Today I did right quad, a little more pip than the last couple days but double the oil going in. I would still say it went smooth and I wouldn't really call what I have going on as pip....no pain, just sore which is to be expected.

There's my update, I'm sitting at 203.6 pounds this morning and riding out keto CKD this week and working my ass off. Next week I start training with my power lifter buddy 5 days a week instead of the 4 I've been doing on my own.

Just an update...will keep this going along the way.

Yeah, my lifts are low due to being out of it for so long. Got fat and out of shape but have a masters degree now so that's a fair trade I guess. I'll start posting lifts next week when I start my new workout....this week nothing is kicking in yet anyway so it's not very exciting. I'll step up my diet logging and workouts next week daily though promise. :) Strict diet this week and normal workouts, I know my buddy is going to put me through an ass kicking so results should be pretty amazing in the end...I probably won't want to come off.

After a 5 year break due to surgery/low testosterone, I went from benching 465x3 (I'm tall, so that's decent imo) to barely being able to do 135x5. Muscle memory is real and WILL kick in - so don't feel embarrassed by showing lower numbers! Just remember to take it slow at first to allow those tendons/ligaments time to stretch and strengthen; you don't want to develop a tear from being hasty. Alternatively, you don't even have to include your poundages if you don't want to. I've seen quite a few logs that just show an outline on what was done that day.

Example from last night's workout:

Stationary bike warm-up: 5 minutes high intensity
Single arm rows: 4x12
Seated cable low-rows: 10,8,5,8
Seated cable pull-downs: 12,8, 8, 10
Modified Deadlifts: 10, 10, 5, 8
Stationary bike cardio: 20 minutes, medium intensity

That's what I did, and it gives an idea where I'm going with that particular day's workout. Just a suggestion. :)

LOL!!! I'm at 120x8 3 sets right now....Glad to hear your strength returned. My break wasn't 5 years but about a year and a half. Been at it last 6 months pretty regular and hard but dieting at the same time so I haven't built a lot of strength. Matt (my buddy) is going to push for the strength and I just watched him Deadlift 480lbs a couple weekends ago about 15 times for a photo shoot he was doing so I'm sure he will kick my ass. I will probably post my numbers and workout starting Monday, I don't care what many people think really and my gains should be insane. I almost wish I bulked before this even though my BF is high, would definitely be stronger right now.
 
It'll come back to you. The important thing is that you're doing something about it! As many pros will tell you, consistency is key to this game - stick with it and you'll make progress. Looking forward to your results in the coming weeks! :)
 
Well consistency will be there for sure, that's one of the reasons I wanted my buddy to help out. Not only is he strong as shit but I can't skip the gym if I'm meeting him there. Puts a little accountability in to the mix. Gains should be quick I imagine. the only thing he made me agree to is I have to do it his way, his plan, his weight, his reps, I have to just listen to him and not bitch about anything.....the price I pay to drag him out of bed I guess.

Me too, her husband was there and he isn't a little guy either. They own a gym up in North Scottsdale...to far for me to commute for a gym run though.

Depends on what part but I have some friends near Old Town and it's about 20 minutes away. I think these folks are north of Old Town though so it would be 30+ minutes. I'm still East Valley though.

Ahh, so you're enjoying the triple digit weather that's coming soon. ;) I'll just leave it at that it's a couple hours for me, sitting in the shade of certain mountain ranges here in the Sonoran Desert. ;)

Nice! For some reason I thought you were in Florida...I have a couple guesses now though mostly north. Either way 100 degree days are already here!! Well I travel the state often, if you ever want to go for a beer or something PM me. After cycle of course and when I'm back on carbs. lol

Maybe a fruit smoothie or something else instead. I can't drink alcohol anymore as part of a lifestyle change - gotta get to sub-10% body fat! God no, no way could I live in Florida - the humidity would kill me! I love my dry heat. ;) I'm south of you. :p

Fruit smoothie works! If I get to 10-12% and add lots of bulk over time I'll be happy. Sub 10% might be to much for me....for now.

Yeah, baby steps indeed. I probably won't meet my goal of sub 10% for another year as I am also adding LBM at the same time. All I have is time though, so it's all good. ;)
