Fat ass on Tren A/Prop....

5th pin today, second tren pin. Right delt, lots of blood which has never happened plus the oil sat in there with a good sized bump for several hours. Still a small bump but it's being absorbed and subsiding. Definitely not as smooth today and the delts are always the easiest for me. Either way, will have the joint vitamins and mgm today Halfwit suggested in another post so I plan to take those when I get home and run tonight for the first time in a week. Inflamed quad and severe shin splints stopped me dead last week. Hoping these vitamins kick in quick.

Will be starting a new routine Monday and will post my daily diet, calories burned (via bodymedia arm band), and workout.
 
6th pin today 3rd tren pin. Left quad, super smooth. I decided to change needles like most do on here. Drew from the vials then change needles and it was much better. Had to be the cause of the blood yesterday. Jumped online to order more pins and somehow T3 ended up in my cart so looks like I will add that in at .25mcg for 2 days and ramp up to .5mcg or .6mcg for maybe a month (depending on progress and how I feel).

I ran last night first time in 8 days after taking some of the joint vits Half suggested and it was flawless. Doubt the vitamins did anything but the 8 days off sure helped. Took the vitamins again this morning and is now part of the regiment ongoing.

Now a question, I drink about a gallon and a half of water daily, sometimes more rarely less. My piss lately has been yellow which only happens in the morning and even then it isn't always. Tren, prop, stane, caber....that's all I'm taking at the moment. Nothing else has changed. I also feel zero sides from the tren so far (only 3 pins so I'm not surprised) and don't "feel" the test kicking in when at the gym. I might have to carb cycle and ditch the keto though because I'm feeling very weak everyday. I get carbs tonight and I'm excited for that but not sure if keto is going to be worth it. Adding T3 should assist and I can eat again and be happier. Any thoughts would be good.
 
Haha, those sneaky cart jumping research chems! T3 is really good stuff, but be careful with doses if you don't "feel" anything. I wouldn't exceed 100mcg personally and make sure you cycle it off and on at 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. This helps to keep your beta-2 receptors from being desensitized, reducing the benefits from the drug. The dark urine is from tren and is completely normal to see even if it turns an almost reddish/amber color. Bump up the water until it's clear again or at least barely tinged yellow. I consider this to be quite the challenge some days as I'll get my urine totally clear, only to find it getting dark again near bedtime - when I want to avoid drinking since I hate getting up in the middle of the night to piss! Oh well, gotta keep those kidneys safe. :p

Are you in ketosis yet? When running keto I would feel that way for about a week and a half, only to have it subside once I went into ketosis and my body was able to make the shift to fat stores for energy instead of dying for that next carb fix. If you don't have them, I would definitely go pick up some keto strips from your local pharmacy as they help you to know when you reach ketosis, but also at what level of ketosis you're at.

I will cycle the T3 for sure, not going to add clen with tren so I'll just see what the T3 can do for me.

Thanks for the urine news, I was wondering that big time. I'll try and step up the water more. It's not dark at all but it's never been yellow before today with all I drink. I swear a camel would be impressed with what I drink and now I have to drink more?!?! Crazy.

As for ketosis.....I have ketone strips and they are broken!! I am at "mild" ketosis and it's been 5 days. i thought I would jump into dark red by the end of the week here but I can't handle not having these carbs right now. I think it's more likely I'll eat shit food on the 30 hour carb reload if I do it this way, still not sure what to do but my strips aren't even close to a dark red. Should I stick to keto? I'm sure it gets better, I'm just being a bitch the first week I imagine.

I have been pretty consistent with the diet all week and this is exactly what I've had pretty much everyday. I wanted to keep it simple this week because I wanted to hit ketosis. I figured I could play later to see what caused spikes for me or not.

And now all i can say its getting so much easier in every way . I guess your body is becoming friends with tren :) . They work well together now . Just watch your diet , thats the only issue in my case non stop cravings its driving me crazy lol . I think i will eat non stop for three days when this is all over :) . Yeah, I hated waiting for that damn strip to turn purple - but sometimes it would just refuse to budge! I'm doing a carb cycling plan with 3J and while I dread weekends as that's the low carb/no carb days, it's totally worth it! I normally ramp up T3 by starting at 50mcg/75mcg/100mcg and staying there by day three. Some recommend a slower ramp up, but I haven't had any issues doing it this way. I always took my T3 in the morning with my albuterol/clen as I like that little wave of heat that comes with T3 as it wakes me up lol.

100mcg is pretty high, what do you weigh Halfwit? I'm a higher body fat percentage but still weigh over 200 so I might go with the ramp up you're using. With only 14 days on at a shot I want the most of it. Do you ramp down? Also after 14 off do you ramp up again or just hit it at 100?

No carbs on weekends would be rough! All week at work though I could tell the lack of carbs were affecting me. I will give it a go this week, I have some serious hard workouts planned all 5 days which should deplete my glycose quicker and hopefully hit ketosis fast this week. I want to get on the carb cycle plan from 3J as well but need to stack some cash away before dropping the money for it. Also I wouldn't mind getting this keto thing going if I can first. I didn't work out as hard as I could this last week. Didn't have it in me. This week I will have someone on my ass for every workout so I will be pushed pretty hard.

Going to enjoy the carbs the rest of the day and then shut it down tonight. I think last week I had carbs on the Sunday and started keto on Monday so it was one less day but I still think I didn't workout hard enough anyway. This week hoping for a little kick from the gear to pull me through.

I'm 6'7" and a hair over 350lbs. You're supposed to ramp down, but I honestly don't usually do that out of laziness. When I do ramp down, I just go from 100mcg to 75 and then I'm off for two weeks. I haven't really seen a difference either way of doing it unlike the ramping up portion - that I can tell a difference on as 100mcg is a pretty big shock to the system!

Yeah, it can suck but I get to enjoy a little more in the fats department, so it kind of balances out. Monday morning's carbs in my shake are oh so welcomed though! I think having someone push you is going to make a world of a difference. That's one thing I miss about a dedicated partner as Korn/White Zombie/Filter/Rammstein/Static-X/Staind/Tool/Drowning Pool/Saliva get me pumped, but are a poor substitute for someone YELLING at you to get off your pussy ass and MOVE THAT WEIGHT!

I would work harder if my 10 year old was standing there telling me to push harder so having my buddy there will really kick my ass.

I'm looking forward to the kick, I am almost looking forward to sides at this point just so I know shits in there getting absorbed. Pinning everyday might make sides less though so who knows. Definitely ready for it. Have a stupid pool party thing to go to for one of my kids friend's birthdays this afternoon. Something I usually make their mom do but I'm stuck, the thing is, I'm at like 20% BF so it's days like this that motivate me. I want to be the dude who goes and hops in the pool and all the moms wish their hubbys looked like....just one more piece of motivation for me.

I recommend starting small and finding YOUR sweet spot with the T3. I know guys half my size that run higher doses than that and are no worse for wear, so it's totally based on genetics too. Haha, my daughter just likes to go, "Daddy has big muscles - look daddy I do too!", but she's only 3. :) I can't wait to get her into martial arts next year!

Just keep in mind, the tren is going to creep up on you if it's anything like I experienced. One day, you're just chilling then BAM! there's a voice in your head telling you to go chew up some iron and bang the wife like she's the last piece on planet Earth. I have a feeling your goal is a lot like that of many our age. There's nothing wrong with wanting to be envied, especially if those wives are hot. :p

I'm hoping for something like that. This last week I haven't felt more lethargic in a long time. Definitely ready to kick ass. I don't have a wife but always have a girl or two to call up and potentially tear in half if need be. :) Just want to shred down which will make me smaller than I want to be and clean bulk steady on up.

Dude, martial arts is a blast. My oldest was in for 5 or 6 years and I couldn't have been more proud. Taught him a lot more than just kicks and punches, lot's of discipline and how to handle himself. It's the perfect sport for a child in my opinion. You're going to love it. Didn't know you had a 3 year old, a little girl too. I have two little boys, kind of glad I don't have a little girl (I remember being a teen boy). I would kill some little guys at some point. At 6'7" (which is fucking insane) I'm sure she will never get a date when she's older. lol

Yeah, you know the saying, "Having a little boy is just one penis to worry about; a little girl means you get to worry about ALL the penises." I totally dug kung fu when I was younger and definitely am looking forward into getting her into a discipline that I think gives you life lessons that stick with you for the rest of your life. That and it will help me stay sane as she's one energetic little turkey!

Tren is a godsend and a curse at the same time. Here I am sitting in my computer chair dreaming of being in the gym on my day off. I've put on my shoes twice today already trying to piece together some sort of workout that I can do that won't interfere with my normal routine, but I gain a moment of lucidity and take them back off. There's a definite feeling of urgency to do SOMETHING at all times which is great when you can, but horrible torture when you can't.

Even though it's a very unpopular opinion to have around here, I think being slightly overweight can be to one's advantage in your situation. You have those excess calorie stores which are begging to be used for conversion to energy and this I feel allows you to push a little harder in the gym without having to worry as much about going catabolic. I might be totally off base here, but that's my take on it at least. Besides, once you start putting on the muscle under the fat, it's really amazing to see the transformation in front of your eyes as that fat begins to melt away, exposing that newly created muscle. This is why I always take weekly pictures, to gain perspective on how my body is changing alongside a journal of measurements and caliper readings.

Yeah, I hope being bigger is a means of persuading the young men that they need to behave with the apple of my eye. I'm so not looking forward to her teen years as I remember all too vividly the tricks I would use regardless of how fearful of my life I was as my penis was in complete control of my actions. I can tell you one thing though, I'll never forget this one girl's father: He calmly walked me to his gun cabinet and showed me all of his rifles including his elephant gun. He then proceeded to take me to his backyard and show me the shovel he would use to bury my ass if I knocked up his precious daughter or break her heart. Luckily it never came to that as we parted ways amicably and she never told him I took her virginity, but man - talk about intense!

When people say "Two little boys, that's a hand full" I always use that exact saying and say "If I had a little girl I would be in jail someday guaranteed". I have always wanted a daddy's little girl though but I'm fixed and done with that stuff. Just raising two polite respectful men at this point is my only concern on the kid front.

Nice point on the added weight theory. To be honest, the reason I have started all of this instead of waiting for a lower BF % is because with the 25 pounds I have lost over the last months and going by my BF % on the scale (which isn't accurate but a base I guess) 9 pounds of that was muscle and it's devastating. I don't want to lose anymore. I have discipline so I can get my diet straight for this ride and if I have to stay on cycle for two or three more weeks then I will but this cycle should give me a good recomp and base to keep going now that I have more time to put this higher on the priority list. I guess it's a "cheat" in some ways to get a jump start but it's still a shit ton of work. I know certain people on this forum will think that's shit but I can handle it, and them. I'll just walk them by my gun cabinet. ;) Ultimately if I can be at the same weight but at 10% BF I would be pretty happy for the time being.
 
Day 8 prop Day 5 tren:

Pinned left quad. ED pins are going fine, low doses have kept sides to essentially nothing unless it just hasn't kicked in yet really. Weighed in at 211!! This is all water weight from the 203 friday morning. Ate things I shouldn't have on the carb reload and am paying for it. Should be back down in a few days, been through this before.

Tomorrow I start my new routine with a buddy of mine who will kick my ass. Looking forward to it. For some reason today it feels like I haven't been to the gym in a week because last weeks keto made for shit workouts. My thought is to still run the keto diet this week but with my buddy there I can't slack even if I wanted to so I should produce good workouts regardless. Also considering skipping next weeks carb reload if I have to. Loved having the carbs but I never hit a dark red on the strip so I feel it was essentially a waste last week. So if I don't hit a dark red then I'm skipping next weekend and running on keto until i hit dark red for a few days straight at least.

Took my second caber this morning. Running it e3d .5mg.

I have more energy this morning, not a lot but more. Have a lot of chores to do today and want to clean up the garage a bit so I'll be burning some calories.

Pinned right delt, good pip this morning subsiding as usual. Experiencing emotional sides as expressed in another thread I posted. Feeling like crushing someones face and crying at the same time. It's controllable but definitely caught me by surprise.

Back on keto, tomorrow I will post todays food log and will do that everyday going forward for the previous day. Still carrying water weight from the bad carbs over the weekend and hoped back on creatine so I am at 208.9 this morning.

Workout was intense. First day working with a buddy of mine and got my ass handed to me. I let him make the routine and just give me orders like a noob and it went well. Worked tris and chest today with some abs. He does abs daily which I guess makes sense now because his abs have abs. The routine was intense, no more than 30 seconds rest between sets which killed my weight. Weights were low but I haven't felt that burnt in a long time. Was really good. Definitely worth the low weight numbers. Strength should build fast. Lots of sweat today but not sure if it's from the tren or not, the workout was just intense for 45 minutes non-stop. Painful in a really good way. Could barely turn my steering wheel on the way home.

Hoping for more energy on keto this week. Also with running nightly and workouts like today I think I will hit ketosis quick this week but I won't know for a couple days.

Niiice! Such a great feeling when your muscles can barely do the most menial of tasks. Let's you know you pushed yourself hard enough and you can expect gains as those fibers heal up. Keep em coming brother!
