fat burners?

I usually can be bother to respond to some of those posts, but what the hell I had a few beers and thought that I would help out..

Its all about the look, Im failry self concious and just want to look better for myself, nothing really to do with strength, I can always work on that during the school year.

I dont eat much fast food at all, just the occasional slice of pizza and ice-tea or fruit drink..

A year almost today I broke my Fibula and also my Tibia in a check from behind in hockey. I sat on my ass for almost a year just eating junk foodds and going out late with no working out in mind what so ever.. I want to change that.

I read on here all the time about the more handsize meals you eat per day, the higher your going to increse your metapbolism and lengthen the amount of energy youll have for any exercise...

I just want to lose the weight for myself, and I got fed up with not having time to go to the gym, so I wanted the easy way out.

I know a friend who was on a fat burner and was dropping pounds like mad, but he wasnt fat to begin with, in addition with working out hje shed it like no tomorrow.

Maybe a simple diet, small hand sized meals 6-7 times a day, if the foods right maybe I could drop those pounds, maybe add a non fatning whey shake and a fat burner and Im set?

Any suggestions on the fat burner pills?

Also, as far as strength goes, sure.. I wouldnt mind being a bit stronger if its going to help me look better. I guess its more the image then actully how I look, but I want to feel better and I think losing 20-30lbs will help me feel better about myself. Being strong I really ahve no need for, I just want to be fit, get some abs and some arms, neck, peck, all the goodies and just feel good. Ive started a basic program at a local gym with the help from one of the trainers. Because of my accident with my leg, the cardio has to result with swimming and biking, because jogging puts way to mucch stress on my damaged leg...

3 work outs a week is ok, Cardio did he mean 25mins per day?? If so I would say tripple that at least.
Lean in no time.... wrong.... You gotta work hard to get it, its not as easy as popping 3 pills a day and eatting salads... if it were who wouldnt look good......
I wont lie 20/30lbs isnt that easy to lose, but thats where the challange is.... Its where your goal is.....

Think about what you would like to do first, do you want to gain size or drop the weight and body fat... Personaly I would spilt my exercise routine into 80% cardio and 20% weights then after you drop the weight, adjust the balance to 70% weights 30% cardio, and track your weight and adjust it to maintain a constant weight..

I know it sounds kinda hard, but I think I can pull it off

So I need to widen my protein.... just the usual tuna, salmon, shrimp, boneless chicken.

Also, if I dont have time to take 7 meals a day, what other things could I do? I know a shake wont make up a meal, but are tehre any sort of meal bars that would help?
 
Dont worry too much at this point about 7 meals a day, it will help, but why go hard core right from the start.. Ease into it slowly.. You should try to eat as early in the morning as possible to wake your metabolism. Dont worry I hate Mornings and I hate breakfast even more, But a quick milk shake and eggs deals with breakfast in 2mins Salmon and shrimp are not really that viable (or where i'm from) Boneless chicken is always cheap and easy, tined Tuna Fish, and Egg whites.. seperate the yolk and have only egg whites... Very high in Protien.. What you should be trying to do now is if you feel hungry go for protien and not carbs...

I live in China and currently drink a minimum or 7 egg whites a day, upto about 25/30... I do not have the luxuary of Protien shakes in powder form..

Breakfast is 10 egg whites, 1 scoop of ice cream (what ever flavor) 2 scoops of milk powder, and 1/4 cup of milk.. You cant even taste the egg at all.... (I'm not say that raw eggs are good for you/potential risk) but they are a cheap way of getting hight protien..
 
Im doing this because Im not happy with the way I look, thats all I meant.

Neways, I tried the egg thing tonight, and I gagged. I cant handle eating eggs let alone drinking them, is there anything I can do to get around that, anything else equal to the amount you can get form the egg whites?
 
I think you miss understood...

The egg whites are very easy to drink.... Hell I would gag after 1..

You need a food blender/ ostrisizer (i think there called over there!)
This is a must....

Start with 5 egg whites, not yolks!!!
Two big scoops of either Strawberry / Choc / Vanilla icecream, and make them big scoops (at first at least)
Mix together with 1/4 glass of milkpour into a glass and drink..
I add milk powder to get more calories and protien, but that is to taste... really as much as I can take with out gaging.... but this is not as important as the egg whites..

THey should taste just as good as any mikshake, mine is 10 whites and 4 table spoons of milk powder and 1 cup of milk + half a small tub of ice cream... It makes 1 litre of shake half is for breakfast and the other half I will pour into a Thermous flask and take to work.... You need a blender to help with the egg whites.... Deffo
 
allright man.... since you stated that your a teen, who in the hell is offering you dbol? am i confused or is that the same dianabol? the NON-OTC steroid... if you take dbol, you will blow up like a balloon bro. water weight, mad crazy water weight. dbol is not a cutting tool. also, cardio and diet are the only way to properly lose weight. change your diet, no carbs after 6pm and drink about half, to a full gallon of home brewed green tea day, it will do you wonders i promise :) and do cardio, cardio and more cardio. eat lots of fruit with your meals, WHEAT... complex carbs. much better for you. it is perfectly possible to lose bodyfat and gain lean muscle mass at the same time, its not easy, but it can be done. dont drink any alcohol. if you lift hard for 4-5 months, you will be a solid 250.

get into a good lifting/cardio routine with proper eating and protein supplementation and you will look like you want.

90% of how you look is what you eat, eat shit and look like shit.

Man.. its simple, I was asking advice that I couldnt find using the search option, Idont mean to come off as a pussy aasking everything but the more I know, the easier its going to be fore me to follow doing it right, so calm down.

Im starting now, and ill update with progress every couple weeks..

Why has no one suggested ephedrine?????

Okay, all you need to do is take an ephedrine stack...it is a pill...look online for Ephedrine HCL, take the ephedrine with caffeine and your fat will melt off, as long as you do cardio and diet

I think I saw you live in Canada, just go to a Herc's Nurtition, the sell an Ephedrine stack behind the counter...cash only ;)

When Ephedrine is mixed with caffeine, it has an effect that burns fat, easily...a stack just means the pill has everything included in one easy to take pill...if you can't find an ephedrine stack pill, just but the ephedrine HCL online and take it with one caffeine pill 30 min b4 your workout
 
But by recomending Ephedrine, you are only encouraging him to always take the easy road ... If he Really wants to improve then he must set up a diet, and I think its good practice to see your body change with less or more calories. and the general experience of working towards a goal, be it weight or lifts...

As with all drugs, they speed up the process....

But he doesnt have a process yet......

Be it gym time, eating, general life style....

First get a steady routine going..... Only then should he consider that, or any other drug.
