just did tri's for the first time last night, a little sore, but I figure that will go away after I do it a few times, it was painless going in so I'm going to add it to the list.
If I'm doing myself, Glutes (use 22 gauge) on account that I can't seem to get my arms that far across my chest. If someone else is playing DR. then delts. easy/fast.
