feeling bloated near the night on bulk

I am banned!
eating 4k cals split into 4 meals. i wake up at 10am everyday. by the night i feel shittyty like my lower abs arent as good but the morning its fine. just frustrating.
 
Ya your jamming too much food into one meal. You should have more smaller meals throughout the day. As long as your still getting what you need this is way better. Easier for you to digest this leaving you less bloated. If your gorging yourself or gagging food down or force feeding yourself then youre eating too much I dont care what anyone says. If you have to do that or your eating so much that you feel bloated and disgusting at the end of the day your eating TOO much. There is such a thing.

If your having an issue with time or laziness then take one day at the beginning of the week and prep 3 days worth. Then once those are done prep 3 more days worth. Pack them into tupperware put em in the fridge and take out as necessary.
