Feeling ill after 5th week of cycle test blend

Hey guys, so I'm taking 500 mg of test blend. 250 2x a week. i started taking a pro hormone stacked on it called furuza50. its a clone of winny. I have been feeling fine for the past 3 weeks since I stacked the pro hormone on it. Today I completely crashed. I had 2 cups of coffee this morning and didn't eat a lot because I was at work and I felt like passing out. I had short attention span, anxiety, hyperventilating, a little chest pain, and most of all LETHARGY. could the cause of this be from the pro hormone? because I have been doing my test blend gear for the past 5 weeks and have felt fine.
