I got this job as a temp, its just for 4 days but Im there 9 hrs! It takes up my whole day I'm not training for these four days, its hard to keep track with my current diet I only fap once a day nowi use to pull on the dragon like 6 times a day! How do you guys handle ur training with work.

it blows, i have to work outside all day with no breaks but i still manage to sneak my meals. i don't feel like i have as much energy at the gym as i should because of the heat but it's ok because i know one day it will pay off and things will change for me. just gotta do everything you can and you won't have any regrets

If I am going to be drained after work I'll train mornings before work.

The body will adapt to whatever you give it and thrives on regularity, just give it time.

dependin on the job ur doin u can try to incorporate a workout into it, i have to pick up heavy rolls of paper all day, theres times i work 12 hrs a day 6 days a week n tend 2 skip the gym, then one day i just started pickin shit up differently n it made a huge difference, sum of the other guys followed suit n have really started lookin good, so just use ur imagination, i even got a home gym now made up of different size scrap rolls of paper and sum creative ingenuity, get creative its cheap, easy, and fun. n for the diet just do the best u can, i usually spend a few hrs every so often findin clean cheap foods that r easy 2 cook n stick with just those for a few months then switch it up, u can always find time 2 sneak a few bites, sry this was so long, n hope it helped

Lol. Sorry man but I worked 60-80 hours a week for about 4-5 years straight, went to gym even if I was tired, and energy came from training. And I chose to work that much, I really don't know how to sleep, it's a curse but I can get a lot done in a day.

You must be a youngin, I can't tell you how Manu times I worked 16-24 hours straight, 8 at one, then 8 at the next or a double then 8. And it was highly physical and stressful work and lots of paperwork. But we did have a small gym at the one job

When I was in college, I worked a landscapping job, 12 hours minimum 6 days a week. I still trainined and played a sport, but guys thought I was crazy. I brought a huge lunch and stopped to eat 1-2 times thru fast food. But now I'll take a big lunch plus protien bars, and shake mix in a mixing cup and grab a small bottle of milk from a store, so you can always find ways. Trust me it was hard to eat at times in 90+ weather but I was always hungry, still am.

I hated going to the gym but once I got ther it was no problem. Getting there is the hardest and most important thing to do. But since we are talking 4 days really I wouldn't even worry about it, just train next week, have your mOm pack you a lunch, and you will be good to go.
