Lol. Sorry man but I worked 60-80 hours a week for about 4-5 years straight, went to gym even if I was tired, and energy came from training. And I chose to work that much, I really don't know how to sleep, it's a curse but I can get a lot done in a day.
You must be a youngin, I can't tell you how Manu times I worked 16-24 hours straight, 8 at one, then 8 at the next or a double then 8. And it was highly physical and stressful work and lots of paperwork. But we did have a small gym at the one job
When I was in college, I worked a landscapping job, 12 hours minimum 6 days a week. I still trainined and played a sport, but guys thought I was crazy. I brought a huge lunch and stopped to eat 1-2 times thru fast food. But now I'll take a big lunch plus protien bars, and shake mix in a mixing cup and grab a small bottle of milk from a store, so you can always find ways. Trust me it was hard to eat at times in 90+ weather but I was always hungry, still am.
I hated going to the gym but once I got ther it was no problem. Getting there is the hardest and most important thing to do. But since we are talking 4 days really I wouldn't even worry about it, just train next week, have your mOm pack you a lunch, and you will be good to go.
