PB, i was pullin just 495 with no belt when I felt the pop. I agree with you about the belt, but this pop was outa nowhere. I could understand if I was going for some crazy PR that Ive never touched but this was during warmups. I did back for the first time since, and was able to row moderate weight with a belt, perfect form. The pain is still here though, about the same as day 3. Live and learn.
