hi im new here,
I am 20 years old, 5ft 2, and weigh 7stone 9lbs. I have been going to the gym for 7 months, and do cardio weights and ab work 5 days a week 1 hour sessions. i eat clean although i dont eat meat but have protein pancakes and protein foods to make up for it. i had a baby 8 months ago and i still have a jelly belly, although i have lost most weight im strruggling with this last bit, i have some anvar and clen oral tablets ready to take they are 10mg tabs. Im hoping to loose this belly fat and start looking lean and to have some abs, as at the moment my stomach isnt changing but everywhere else is.

my questions are,
What doses should i take?
how often should i take each?
Will i see the improvements i am after?
anything i can do to help the process ?

The best word to describe my feelings on the subject at hand would be.. Unnecessary. But this is coming from someone who started lifting as a skinny kid with abs and to this day has no problem getting lean, for me the challenge is getting bigger. Ill even say I've run 2 test cycles within the past 2 years for the same reason your looking to try these compounds.. Impatience. 7 months in the gym is nothing to be quite frank, I hopped on test after 2 years and people are quick to tell me that was way too early.(I don't regret it)

I believe it's true that the faster your body changes using drugs, the quicker, easier you will go back to the way you were once the drugs are out of your system for a while; Slow, natural gains are the most sustainable.

I would ditch the anavar and just run the clen. I agree you need to work on your diet rather than rely on drugs, but do what you will.

Clen start off at 50mcg ed.. Wait a few days see how you feel then maybe bump up slowly from there. You shouldnt need to go over 75mcg daily.

If you want real improvements hire 3J. Women are hard to give diet advice for due to your hormonal fluctuations throughout the month. 3J will ne able to help you get to where you wanna be. Be careful with anavar as it risks virilization (male sexual characteristics)

u got to be fuking kidding me with this thread. just eat less.u dont need drugs to lose that bit.

take it easy bud. i've seen your threads, you're no genius either when it comes to this stuff. Everyone has to learn so howbout something helpful?

OP you would probably have good results with a diet coach (such as 3j) and some clen. Var is great, but i have a hard time recommending steroids to women unless their life is competing in bodybuilding. They can make some nasty changes in women, even the mild ones like anavar. For your purposes of losing some extra belly fat, i think a solid diet with a calorie deficit, moderate cardio, a good amount of weight lifting, and maybe some clen will yeild great results. best of luck

I'm thinking of trying var also.

I'm 45 woman 5"6 and 180 pounds. I use to work out a lot but then was injured due to being mauled by dogs. I'm back in the game again and I'm on the atkins diet but wanting to start var to lose fat and gain muscle. Just wanting some help??

Thanks
BJ

Well first I would ask you to start your own thread. Then I'm sure we would be willing to help you.

I agree with the responses in favor of dieting...for both women that inquired.

Steroids are male hormones you're putting in your body. They're not fat burners.

Try adding in another cardio session (morning fasted works wonders for me), or increasing minutes on your current session....tweak your diet....and voila. you'll be amazed at your changes.
