Well, after 6 months of doing zero exercise, let alone weights, I finally joined a good local gym. Yesterday was my first weight workout since late August. Needless to say, I'm in pain today. Anyway, I;m just glad to get my fat weak ass back into the gym....Here's a question, how long do you guys think it will take me to get back to where I was in August? I was benching about 285 regularly via the 5x5 method. yesterday I did 3 sets of 10 of 135
. That's all I could muster. I know that's a vaugue question but I'm hoping I'll be back to full strength in a month or two. Thanks in advance, and It's good to be back.
