ok i have the opposite problem of alot of guys.....i seem to last forever during sex....i actually have to "work" to reach orgasm sometimes. Its possible it could all be mental i suppose but i sure as hell don't know how to fix it. Sometimes i last so long i start to lose it...which can be really frusterating. I have no problem getting started and remain hard for quite a while though.
Overall, im generally very healthy, i workout 4-5 times a week...strength training/cardio. My diet is about 3k-3500 calories pretty much all clean. I take a multivitamin sometimes supplement with creatine. Ive run one test cycle for 12 weeks at 500mg and ran a proper pct.....Didnt really notice any difference during or after cycle in relation to finishing quicker.
I am taking effexor xr 150mg which is an anti depressant. At this point going off it is not an option. I've tried before and literally crash like a crack addict (nausea, sleeplessness, sweating, dizziness, headaches, severe depression, etc). I know that it can have sexual side effects so it is possible that this is the problem.
Given all that ive said....Do i have any options besides going off effexor? Are there any drugs or supplements that help a person in these reguards? any feedback would be appreciated!
