First Cycle Advice -- 24 year old Beginner

Hey gents, I'm new to the site & of course new to cycling.

I'm 24 years of age, 5'11. I've been training and dieting seriously since I was 18. I was 158 lbs when I began and am now at 183 lbs (relatively lean -- about 10/11% bf). I've done as much research as possible over the years and have decided to start with a bulking then into a cutting over the next 16 weeks or so. I have no clue as to what dosage to take, the frequency or even how to PCT properly? Please let me know how you all feel about these cycles, if they're even a good choice for me as a beginner, and what all steps I should take in order to get the most gains while remaining as safe/healthy as possible. These are the cycles I've come up with myself based on what my supplier has available currently. Not sure how effective these are. Please advise. Thank you

Bulk: 8 to 12 weeks

- Option 1: Test Enanthate or Test Cypionate with Deca.

- Option 2: Sustanon 250 with Masteron Enthanate.

Cut: 8 to 12 weeks

- Option 1: Test Propuonate with Deca.

- Option 2: Tren Enanthate with Stanozol.

** PCT: HCG & Clomid
 
Don't waste your time switching goals half way they your cycle. First cycle should always be a bulk IMO as you respond great your first cycle assuming your gear is legit. Run 500mgs test E/C a week for 12-14 weeks. You will grow great just off that, don't eat to the point where you turn into a ball of fat. Keep diet tight but aim for growth. If you out on a little BF no big deal. Use this opportunity to grow and diet it off later. Don't switch goals mid cycle.

test e 500mg a week for 12 weeks with proper PCT (hCG NOLVADEX & CLOMID)
 
Your first cycle needs to be testosterone only. Don't go throwing in a bunch of compounds (especially tren?!??) in your first and second cycles or you'll end up miserable with a tonne of side effects and no idea whats causing what.

First cycle should ALWAYS be:

Weeks 1 - 12: Test e 500mg weekly (split into two shots per week, 250mg every 3.5 days.. So mon morning and thurs night.)

Or you could use a shorter ester test like prop and run it for 8 weeks.

Pct should ALWAYS be:

Clomid: 100/50/50/50
Nolva: 40/20/20/20 AT A MINIMUM. Heavier and longer cycles should have a 6 week pct.

Hcg has no place in PCT, despite what you may have heard. Some people do it but its not a good idea as it is suppressive. Better to use hcg at 500 iu weekly (two shots of 250 iu e3.5d) throughout the cycle, weeks 1-start of pct.

Once you've done one or two cycles like tha you can start to experiment with other compounds..

Don't use HCG during PCT, it is itself suppressive to your HPTA, use it during your cycle (250iu 2x a week) right up to the start of PCT or alternatively blast it at the end of your cycle until the start of PCT.

remember that your diet has to be on point... 80% of it all is your diet..

How much lean mass will I gain & retain first time around?

All good bro. As the others said, that will depend entirely on diet and genetics. But you could assume a decent size increase provided your eating enough. I highly suggest gettin a diet plan, or at least advice, from 3J. Im on his plan right now, never eaten so well or felt so good and still leaning out!

Thank you both very much for your input and honest advice gents. I really appreciate it. I certainly plan on approaching Mr. 3J when I'm able to afford diet/ training advice. Currently purchased a ton of college books and I'm a bit behind these next two months lol. The struggle is real. Again, you guys are awesome on this site -- Thanks.
