First Cycle - critiques & opinions welcome

A little about me:
Age: 42
Years training: since I was 14
Serious years training: 15
Weight when I graduated from high school: 120#
Weight after last pregnancy in 2010 (ok, my ex-wife's last pregnancy): 240# FAT FUCK
Dieted/worked out down to 190# in 2011.
Weight when I started cycle: 209#
Weight 3 weeks into cycle: 219.8# as of today

Cycle:
1.75ml/week of Test Enanthate from Rogue Labs
1.75ml/week of Deca from Gen-Shi Labs
0.25 tab of Aridex from Gen-Shi Labs
Was supposed to add Dbol from Gen-Shi Labs but it hasn't come in yet.

What I have noticed:
Nice gains in strength & size (always nice to tease the ex-wife :bootyshak )
Leaner than when I started so I know my gains are pretty decent
I can't stop eating, it's like I can't get full, I even added a 50mg protein shake DURING my workout otherwise my stomach is growling.

Questions:
Is 1.75ml/week of the test and deca enough?
Will it be OK to add the Dbol this late in the cycle when (if it effing does) comes in? Most articles seem to say to use it weeks 1-4 as a jump start.

Keep in mind this is a first cycle so stop adding things. The deca is already in 3 weeks so what the heck, keep it but don't add the d-bol in. Less is best for a first run, remember that!

Do you have your PCt in check?

Rogue Test E is indeed 300mg per ml
Gen-Shi Deca is 200mg per ml

Thanks for the tip on the D-bol, I'll hold it off until the next cycle.

For my PCT, it was recommended I use HCG for 3weeks, Aridex (0.5 tab) for 5 weeks, and 3 weeks of Clen to keep my gains. However, after doing my research here, I am open to changing it... there are so many options it gets a bit confusing. Not worried about sperm count since I am snipped, although I don't want my testicles to shrink too much!:worried:

I should mention that I have taken Clen in the past so I am familiar with how my body reacts to it.
 
Forget HCG during PCT Steve IMO it is counter productive. I would suggest clomid at 50 mg per day for 4 weeks and if you want add in some low dose nolvadex as well.

I'm steering away from nolva now because of it's effects on lowering IGF-1 levels. Not a good thing for a guy in PCT.

Run the test for 1 week longer than the deca and then begin PCT 2 weeks after your last test e injection.

I would go 13 weeks due to the deca, 12 weeks of test and deca and the last week of test alone.

Take the test up to 600mg per week and bump the deca to 400mg per week. Might as well work with nice even numbers :)
 
Update:
Bumped up my test and deca to what Zeke suggested. Although I did add the Dbol on Saturday. I wasn't going to but my body has a history of being a hardgainer and very tolerant of any substances so I felt pretty confident.

I am 225# as of today so that averages to gaining 0.8# per day thus far. My arms were 16.5" and are now 17.5". My chest/back was 46" and is now 48". I forgot to take other pre-cycle measurements.

Physically I feel very good. Libido is doing well. Some major strength gains in the gym, especially in my shoulders which have always been a very weak point for me. I am having to order new dress shirts for work. My staff and patients have all made comments about how broad my shoulders look now.

Psychologically I feel great too. The first two weeks I felt like an animal but was expecting that so I kept myself in check. I sort of feel "normal" now. You young guys might not understand this but those of us in our 40's or older will understand. My energy and competitive levels feels like they did when I was 32. Having been through my second divorce recently I was feeling a bit down but now I'm ready to hit the single scene again.

Today was hella weird. It was like I had taken a handful of Viagra or something. I literally had to spank it a few times while at work just to get the sucker to go down and I still got wood hella easy. I have not experienced anything like this during the cycle so far. I really had to keep my head down (no pun intended) while at the gym just to get through my routine without poking someone's eye out!:eyepoke:

Thats definetly a day not to do flat bench.
 
Not the clearest pic but when compared to my avatar, you can see I have added some mass to my back. The pic is 6 weeks into my cycle. I have been most impressed with what I have added to my shoulders though because they have always been my weakest body part.
 
Pic from today. Lost about 5 pounds after stopping the Dbol, went from 230# to 225#. Probably need to start working with 3J soon to peel off the stomach fat.

Great log keep it up, pls do give more details on food intake.
Here is a sample of what I mainly eat:
Meal #1 at 6am: 1-1/4 cup brown rice with 3 chicken tenderloins or 1/2 cup oatmeal with a 50mg protein shake, depends on if I had time to prepare for the day
Meal #2 at 9:30am: 1-1/4 cup of brown rice with 3 chicken tenderloins
Meal #3 at 1:00pm: same as 9:30am meal
Workout around 4pm and have a Gaspari SizeOn shake during the workout
Meal #4 immediately after working out: 50mg protein shake with high carb content
Meal #5 a few hours later: same as meals #2 & 3.

Sometimes I substitute the brown rice for 1 cup veggie based pasta rotini.

I'd like to have another meal but I just can't eat anymore! I'm going to work with 3J for my next cycle so I can get all that dialed in.

I've been pretty happy with the muscle I have added. I was 209# when I started. I lost about 5# when I stopped the Dbol but I think it was all water b/c I look a lot harder now. Now I weigh 225# and none of my clothes fit! Kind of neat having people go "whoa dude! you look like you're getting big!"

Things I would have done differently if I could: work with 3J during this cycle. I've always had body issues, was SUPER skinny in high school (115# at 6'-1") with a fat mom who took out her own body issues out on her kids with little comments. I think I could have put on more weight during this cycle if I had allowed myself to eat more. I will put my mind and body in 3J's hands next time and fully trust his guidance.
 
Have to take a couples days of rest b/c my bicep tendonitis in my left arm is acting up. Hopefully I can tear up my guns tomorrow.

Took measurements for 3J, I have lost some size after stopping the Dbol and the fact that I am not eating right.
 
The end result

I dropped from 18% to 15% bodyfat and held steady at 225#. I can't wait to start my next cycle sometime in July, pending blood test results.
