First Cycle: Post Labrum Surgery

I am 23 years old, and underwent labrum surgery on my dominant arm 14 weeks ago. I tore it from overuse (both weight-lifting and sports) and tried other means such as rest and physical therapy for about a year and a half before resulting to surgery. Before my injury, I weighed 183 lbs. at 5'11" and was roughly 6 percent body fat. I have lifted sport-specifically for 7 years, but only been into body-building for about two years. I have taken two cycles of PH before when American Cellular Labs was around with Test X-treme, Tren X-treme, and Estro X-treme. I had good gains from this, but struggled with gyno soon after. I have been taking HGH for recovery of my shoulder for the past three weeks. Weeks 1 and 2 I took 1 IU everyday, and am currently taking 2 IUs everyday for Week 3. I plan to continue to do this until I get to week 5, when I will take 3 IUs everyday. From there, I am uncertain whether I will move up to 4 IUs or not. I have done my shoulder rehab religiously, and the doctor's have been impressed with my recovery. I have three more months till I am back to 100% as far as activities go, but I am planning to cycle once I get back to 100%. I currently weigh 160 lbs. at about 5% body fat. I lost 15 lbs. the week after the surgery, and have gained 10 lbs. back. I think it will be fairly simple to get back to my original build of about 180, but I am looking to get to a lean 200 by December 2011 while maintaining shoulder health. For this reason, I have tried to stack Deca with the HGH to repair tissue, and have put in test and d-bol to increase gains. Please let me know what you think about this cycle. Again, I am new to this and want to know as much as possible from anyone with knowledge and/or experience. Again, I am currently wrapping up Week 3. Thanks for your help!

Also, I have Clomid, Nolvadex, and Letrozole, but am uncertain as to how to incorporate these to keep gains as lean and maintainable as possible and prevent gyno.
 
160lbs?? Im no expert by any means but I think you should try and gain some more weight before starting a cycle or atleast try an get back to what you were weighing before starting.
 
i dont know about the cycle you are planning,but i had the same surgery on January 21st of this year,mine was only a slight tear and he tighten my labrum up alot,and also removed some bone spurs,luckily my rotator cuff was ok,just inflammed and this is week 10 post op,and im in my 9th week of Physical Therapy and i like 3 more weeks i hope,im 44,and its taken a little longer to heal,when i had my appt with my surgeon last tuesday,he told me probably 3 more weeks of therapy,i hope,...im going to do a cycle of test cyp/deca after i am completely healed,after im released from physical thearpy,im going to workout 2 months to give time for my shoulder to rebuild my strength and endurance on my shoulder before i start my cycle,cause i wanna make sure im 100% before starting,i to lost 17 lbs after my surgery,i went in at 277lbs and lost down to 260,but since,ive gained it all back,ive worked out,but not with the injuryed shoulder and kept my diet in check,eating excess protein for my shoulder to try and keep some mass to it,now i can work only my triceps and a couple of back excercises.Was your labrum torn on the same side as your bicep tendon? Or ont he other side?Mine was on the back side luckily,so when i start back with bicep training i can start to go up in weight pretty quickly.I just hope you give it time to heal properly and wait until its 100% before your cycle,just some friendly and smart advice,it takes a long time for a shoulder to heal and to be stable enough to workout again,i know, alot of my powerlifting friends have done the same thing,and it took a while,just be careful man,good luck.......if this is your first "real AAS cycle" i would only do test only,just my opinion

I am planning to get back to 180 lbs. before I start the cycle. I am a little over 3 months out from post-op and intend to wait 3 more months which would put me back to 100% in what all I can do. As for the tear, it was right on the bicep tendon. I am doing everything I can to make sure it heals as best as possible (staying away from lifting for a long time, easing back into it, doing my physical therapy everyday, icing it). As for the test/deca comment: I am concerned about gyno: I have enough test to do 750 mgs. What are your thoughts?
 
What about doing all the test at 500mgs rather than 250?what do you think about that?and if you think its a good number,do you think I should ease into the 500mgs dose?
 
I have 100 Capsules of 50mg Clomid, 100 Capsules of 25mg D-bol, 30ml 2.5mg/ml Liquid Letro, 7,500mg Test Enanthate, and 6,000mg Nandrolone Decanoate. This means I can do as much as 60mg D-bol for the 6 weeks, 625mg Test Enanthate for 12 weeks, and 500 mg Deca for 12 weeks. So there is my limit. If you think I should do more than I have written down please let me know.

guys, i will stay out of that cycle.....haha......but i have had 4 of these exact shoulder surgerys. they are horrible, and the best advice is can give you is TAKE IT SLOW!! do not jump back in too fast. take at leat 4-6 months all natural AFTER you get back into the gym befor you cycle again. guys trust me, one is bad, but 4 was misurable. be careful and take it slow.

p.s. i also had subacromial decompressions on both shoulders along with AC joint trimmed up on both shoulders the last time for each.
 
How much would HGH and/or steroids help my recovery

I'll have surgery to repair my labrum in about a month.

I'm professional baseball pitcher and my goal is to recover as quickly and healthy as possible, and not necessarily to put on bulk, although strength and flexibility will be key.

Do you think HGH will have a big impact on my recovery recovery?

Do I need or should I take a steroid with it?

If so do you think your schedule that you have for those 30 weeks is optimal?

How soon after the operation should I start taking this stuff? Or should I start even before?

Maybe it's not necessary to take as high a doses as you since I'm not bodybuilding? And maybe some of you think it's not necessary to take anything.

I've only ever taken a few pro-hormones, I've never taken steroids or HGH but I will do almost anything to get back to 100% health.

Anything anyone can tell me would be a huge help. Thanks fellas.

P.S. I wouldn't have to pass a drug test for at least a year, maybe year and a half. Any thoughts on that would be appreciated as well.
 
OK, here is my situation:
I am 52, 5'9" and was 165 lbs 9 years ago, started lifting seriously and built up to 224.

On Dec. 31, 2009 I had a serious (r) shoulder injury, I tore my Rotator Cuff, Labrum, had to have a Collarbone resection and the long head of the Bicep attached twice, have two bulged discs (C-5 and C-6) in my neck and wrenched L-6 and L-7. Regardless of all of that, I am 4 months past my last sugery still having discomfort yet I want to slowly get back into lifting.

After sitting on my a$$ and not being able to do anything physical at all (can you imagine why?) I am ready to jump back in. I also need to lose the spare tire that starts on my back and meets on the other side.

I want to start a cycle, but do to being on workers comp my funds are limited. I am one of the lucky bastards that can do 1cc of Tren e a week and still be busting out ripped. Been called a freak at times for the ability to do this.

Any suggestions? I was thinking about just doing 1 cc of Sustanon (sust) just to give me something to cut some fat and be able to tone up a little bit quicker.
