Would 150mg/week of deca (combined with nolvadex both during cycle and PCT), be appropriate for my goals?)
I know most guys really need to improve their dieting and lifestyle in general, but I use several hours a day preparing my foods, and almost haven't touched alcohol since 2010.

ive been in this game since you were born .quit trying to be smarter than everyone else and listen . test isnt a monster , reasonable doses will have little to ZERO long term effects on you except lean mass gains. winnie on the other hand will TRASH your good cholesterol and DRY out your joints.
control the amount of weight you gain with your diet. in your case even 400 mg a week of test would work fine.

If I take (as you suggested) 400mg a week of tes enanthate. Would there be any danger that I might get permanent fluid retention in my face? And would you recommend nolvadex or aromasin during cycle and PCT? (I do not have any other normal PCT agent available).

there is NO such thing as permenant bloat / fluid retention lol. at 400 mg a week most people dont bloat enough to tell but thats a individual thing. aromasin is best during the cycle . nolva does NOT prevent bloat , nolva blocks estrogen from breast tissue to help prevent gyno . as info the chance of gyno at 400 mg a week is very very very slim. 2 weeks after last injection start pct , use 50 mg of clomid and 20 mg of nolva a day for 3-4 weeks IF you can gte them . what country are you in.?

Nolva used with deca can make gyno worse.... not prevent it..

Here is a cycle TS (I dont think you should be using anything but ill post anyway)
wk1-12 400mg teste every week
wk1-14 12.5mg aromasin ed-eod
wk14-18 PCT nolva 20-30mg ed and or 30-50mg clomid ed
DONE!
this is very safe and simple.
Then the next time and many after (if there is one) do the same thing and only slowly change anything, stick to this mostly.
Maybe in a few years make it 14wks and add 300-400mg maste or primo even, to it.
for now PLEASE just stay reading for a while before doing anything, even if you found the "good" cycle. wait and keep reading.

I did a 14 week cycle of primo back in 95.back then I was
single and had money to burn.well from experience let me tell
you, primo is weak and it takes about 10 weeks for it to start working.
in my opinion is not worth the money and in 5 weeks you ain't gonna get
nothing from it.if is your first cycle start with test and go from their.

thanks porkchop. (About permanent fluid retention in the face, the Norwegian terrorist: Anders Behring Brevik, got his face really bloated, and he hasn'y used steroids in about a year, since he's in custody. I don't remember what he used, but I think is was Winstrol (winny) and Dianabol.)
My test vial 250mg/ml. If I am am to inject 400 a week, should I in someway seal the tiny hole the needle makes in the second vial?
I also read on the sticky thread that aromasin would be better for PCT..
