Hi!
Im planning on stepping onto my first cycle in a few weeks. It will be Test E, 250mg/e5d for 14w (just under 400mg/w) and I want your thoughts, am I ready or not?
Stats:
Sex: Male
Age: 21 (22 in 2 months)
Height: 6"
Weight: Just under 200lbs
Bodyfat: Around 16-18%
Dumbellpress: 75 x 10
Squat: 220 x 10
Deadlift: 240 x 10
Worth saying is that those thats in when I perform them as the ~third exercise, except dumbellpress. Got trouble with my elbows and I can work around it by using dumbells.
Measurements:
Arms: 15"+
Quads: 25", got little fat on the hams
Waist: 36"
Chest: 43"
Trainingexperience:
Been active pretty much all my life, been doing hockey, floorball, soccer and Tai-kwon Do up until I was about 16yo when I quit. I picked up weightlifting, lifted from time to time some periods.
Weightlifting:
I've been lifting for about 2½ years now, the last year have been serious.
I didnt pay enough attention to the food so I gained 30lbs in less than a year, much of it was fat even thou I pretty much "gained" 200-300% in each exercise.
I stood at 225lbs and thought I looked fat and really looked into dieting. I droped 35lbs in 3 months while hitting the same weights.
Now I've been gaining about 2 pound a month and its pretty much where I am atm. I know my bodyfat could be abit high for cycling since estrogen-effects is worse at higher bodyfat, thats why Im going at a pretty low dosage together with Im a pretty "careful" person, I dont act before I think.
I know consistancy in the key and I feel pretty much ready since I've tasted both misstakes and "success" with the dieting.
Now I want your opinion. What do you think?
