Must've been hard to be out of the gym for 4 months, am sorry to hear this man. You had MUCH more trouble than me :/ hope your pain will end soon and you will recover from this.
That's what I will do, I will complete this week's schedule since Pec's day is done. I have 2xback, legs and shoulder this weekend left to do. I should be alright. Then Ill take 10days off(it will be hard to stay offf the gym) and meet my massage therapist.

you are quiet welcome my friend,you should heal faster because of your age,nutrition cause from the pictures,you are strict about your training and diet,and taking some time off from the gym always helps everyone,you wont lose any muscle in 2weeks time at all,it will help them to recover and rest and when you do start back you will gain faster,or at least i do,i feel re energized and stronger when i come off a layoff
those 4 months i was off,i didnt work out my bad shoulder,but i did go to the gym and worked out the whole right side of my body lol,it killed me not being able to bench etc...but it was worth it
Injuries are aweful,but happens to everyone at some point and time and we just learn to adjust and adapt,my shoulders have always given me trouble and whn i had surgery,im glad i got all that fixed,and the time off,plus the PT helped me so much and still i do excercises at home everynight that the PT told me to do to strengthen certain muscles in my shoulder that are not up to par and to help me from injurying them again in the future in those bad places
